Siblings . Class 1-A . All For One Quirk
Unknown to not only them but the world, these kids are the children of the anonymous villain 'All For One'. They were left out on the street by their mother and an adoption agency was notified of them. They were homed temporarily until a strict but loving family decided to adopt them. Nobody was aware of their parents nor their quirks.
When Norugumi was young, she grew up with a good few friends and was inseperable from her brother. Noru never used her quirk until she was standing up to a bully when she was about eleven. Norugumi was confronting them whilst Ritsuko was checking over the injured kid. It got violent quickly and she got a rush of adrenaline and an urge to touch the kid. She reached, grabbed his shoulder, and took his energy and his quirk, the ability to create small bouts of fire from the hands. She warned him off with it, and he was surprised to see he was no longer able to use his quirk. It'd been stolen. When the kid gave in, she got the urge to touch him again and this time she pushed the energy back into him. He was frightened and ran away, and they befriended the kid, preventing him from being bullied any longer.
She and her brother were split up during the exams, but she used her quirk to temporarily steal the powers of others to gain points. She'd return them immediately after taking down one or two bots in the area and then would move onto the next person. She passed with flying colours and was put into Class 1-A alongside her brother.

When Ritsuko was young, he grew up with a good few friends and was inseperable from his sister. He discovered his quirk before Norugumi but never spoke to her about it. He'd been playing with a friend when he got extremely excited and grabbed him by the shoulders. He felt a shift in energy; he gained this new feeling of power. When he brought his hands back, he tried using the power and ended up using his friend's wax quirk, his hands starting to drip. He was alarmed and didn't know how to fix it so he tried grabbing his friend again, who was in complete and utter shock, transferring the energy back and therefore restoring his quirk. The two remained friends and they keep jokes about it quite often.
Ritsuko and Norugumi were split up during the U.A. exam, but he ended up scoring a ton of villain points as well as rescue points by borrowing powers much like his sister did. He made sure to return them though he was planning on only doing so at the end of the test. He, of course, passed easily into U.A. and was put into Class 1-A alongside Norugumi.
