she can teleport or 'glitch' anywhere up to 10 meters away from her original position. she can also teleport certain body parts.

if used too much, her sight will start to get glitchy, like a glitchy computer screen. she will also get awfully worn out. if used too much she also will get extremely travel sick and maybe throw up. if used excessively, she will faint.

when she experiences extreme emotion, her body parts will start to visibly glitch out, especially her eyes.
