"My heart has been thoroughly stolen away. Absolutely abducted. Only, I seem to have tripped and flung it into his arms myself." What an utterly irresistible person. Caelestis may have fallen quickly, but certainly not lightly. He would do just about anything for Marco in a heartbeat, and doesn't seem to be anywhere at all near getting over him anytime soon. More than anything, he longs to spend more time with him—to see more sides of him, uncover his mysteries—but alas, such things weren't always so easy. Once learning that his feelings may not be completely unrequited, his flirtations have only grown even more shameless and straightforward. If there is even the slightest excuse to seek him out, he WILL take it. "Perhaps I could, by some definitions, be considered 'simping' for him? That is the term, I do believe."
Marco "The Travesty" Lowell likes Caelestis a lot, but doesn't seem to realize how much Caelestis likes him back (like the dumb jock he is). Being around the immortal feels somehow comforting, even though his heart rate will spike now and then. Problem is, he thinks Caelestis' affection is mostly sexual and reciprocates it to that extent.
He's also really tempted to tell him about the shapeshifting into a giant wolf thing, but can't quite make up his mind yet.
It's... a difficult situation. At first, it was largely only a mix of intrigue and superficial attraction. NV was interesting—mysterious—and he wanted to learn more. To get to know them better. These casual feelings did not last long, however, and ended up developing into deep, passionate feelings of love, quickly and nearly overwhelmingly. Motivated by these feelings, he was able grow closer to them, only for everything to crash down all at once, as a result of both his own foolishness and NV's apparent fears. Even as everything seemed to suggest that they were better off without him, and that perhaps it truly would be best to simply move on, the pains of being without them extended so far that Caelestis still could not resist the urge for a bit of selfishness. As shameful as it is, he's willing to do nearly anything he must for even the possibility of being happy with them once more. He only hopes that NV can be happy as well in the process.
There have been plenty of people to insist NV was not as hideous as they believed, but none as persistent as Caelestis. Although they disagreed each time, they couldn't help but consider the words uttered by someone so charming and beautiful. If he was willing to say such things, maybe there really was some truth to it? Envy, however, would beg to differ.
Caelestis is doomed. Questionably rocky as things started off, from full intent of murder, to crushed lemons and parking lot chases, he had instead managed to only fall even harder every step of the way. Though all this, in spite of the persistent, continuous nature of his pursuit, he never entirely accounted for the possibility of the feelings actually becoming requited, and so is in fact, a bit of a disaster in that regard. Somehow, he's simultaneously both his most shameless and most flustered self when around En. Flirting unabashedly at every opportunity—much to En's apparent irritation—yet utter putty at every returned advance. Heavens help him.
With his focus solely on slaying the gods and beings that controlled Fate, it was only a matter of time for the broken prince to run into Caelestis. He despises that calm, pleasant demeanor and considers it a form of taunting him. He'll chase Caelestis down and give him a taste of the cruelty gods like him love to bestow on others.
Caelestis was intrigued with Wraith from the start, but with how often they ended up encountering each other, it didn't take long for deeper feelings to develop within his heart. Through the bits of flirtation slipped in as he fell further, he eventually learned just how little Wraith actually knew about things of that regard. But still, the two of them have grown closer and closer nevertheless, and as of currently, Caelestis loves and cares for Wraith more than he could have ever initially imagined. Their life together is an often eventful one, the peaceful days shaken from time to time by lingerings of Wraith's past, run-ins in The Underground, and other varying encounters. A part of him yearns still for further intimacy than feels right to ask for, but more than anything, he just wants to bring Wraith the happiness that his earlier days had been so unfairly robbed of, and hopes to ensure so however he can.

"There'd ought to be more romances about executioners, if any are as wonderful as he." It was amazing what and who one could stumble upon while wandering the dreariest areas of a palace. Caelestis' deep intrigue ignited on merely the first meeting alone, guided quietly out of the dark and ominous dungeons he'd found his way carelessly into by who he could only consider the most handsome stranger. Drawn in by the elf's eyes, intrigued by his distant disposition, and charmed further at every moment spent together, Caelestis found himself thoroughly swept away within nearly a blink of an eye. He hopes to free him from the clutches of that loathsome ruler, to see the world together with him and show him of all the wonders that exist all around, as well as those within himself. But for now, between maneuvering the court and exploring all the places about the palace he hadn't ought to be, the simple nights spent rendezvousing with a certain lovely executioner remain delightfully his favorite.
"There lives in this world no one more loathsome and utterly detestable than he." In other circumstances, perhaps he would even be somewhat indifferent—though disliking and disapproving—but there remains instead not a question in Caelestis' mind that Reef will know his truest of wrath. While the two have not met many times, albeit none of them pleasant experiences in the slightest, knowledge alone of the torment Reef has brought to Wraith and strives to further still is enough to ignite that rare flame of hatred to a deep and bright smoldering blaze that leaves him uncertain as to what to even do with himself at times. It pains more than anything to think of the hurt that has already been done. Caelestis cares not of Reef's twisted games and finds little fear in his intimidation attempts in regards to himself, but he will protect Wraith from that heinous man at any and all costs, and eagerly awaits the day that he at last is left for a suitable equivalent to burning eternally in the deepest pits of hell.

"A certainly fierce, but greatly caring person who deserves respect more than any other. She's quite amazing." While friendship is always something that comes unexpectedly to Caelestis, Thorn was someone easy to get along with from the start. Anyone Wraith trusts would be more than worthy of trust of his own, but it didn't take long to find himself seeking out and enjoying her company for many more reasons than only practical. The two hang out together from time to time, and he deeply appreciates the advice and support she often provides in relation to him and Wraith, how she lightens the mood with ease when needed, as well as the simple soothing, mature nature of her presence itself.

"Such a busy man, I must say, it's a perilous adventure itself of much blood, sweat, and tears simply seeking him out for a mere greeting." A slight exaggeration, perhaps, but the difficulty certainly felt an impressive one, even beyond what one had ought to expect for any attempts at audience with a crown prince such as him, as one technically little more than a commoner. Or was that just Caelestis' luck? Nevertheless, Valerion is a challenge to approach in ways that instead seem to only draw Caelestis in all the more. Governing a kingdom in all but name, sorting through enough work day after day that anyone must think he'd ought to take a break sometimes, and of course, reacting to the celestial's impetuous flirtations with an extent of indifference that—while frustrating at times—leaves him all the more persistently craving to draw out any reactions as well. Caelestis would call it a bit of a crush, although for what started as simple curiosity over an attractive man, thoughts and feelings towards the elf have tended to linger just a bit more prominently than entirely reasonable. Oops.
Caelestis is... confusing, to say the least. Their first encounter was merely due to carelessness on someone's part, though to this day Valerion isn't entirely sure who to blame for it - not that it matters now. The celestial is by all means a welcomed guest (though still a surprising one at times), somehow his presence always feels like a breath of fresh air in an otherwise all too familiar environment, but the prince isn't quite sure why he keeps coming back. Sometimes he thinks Caelestis is flirting with him, or trying to at least, other times he is simply unsure about the other's thoughts. (Oftentimes he genuinely misses even not so subtle 'hints', on rarer occasions he does so on purpose, hoping he will get the hint and spend his time on things more worthwhile instead.) The idea of falling in love is not a thing he was raised with, he always knew he would have to marry someone for political reasons eventually, so he is just trying his best to 'protect' Caelestis from the inevitable disappointment he would have to face. Or perhaps that's his own feelings speaking... either way, it's just not a good idea, no matter what anyone's heart is saying.
"Shall I simply embrace the role of the jester…?" Or so Caelestis would think with the fall of a silent tear. With not only the most awkward first impression of all, but second one as well, both in their own uniquely mortifying ways, Caelestis has somewhat rapidly lost hope for any at all dignified image in Haneul's mind. A cool and diligent, handsome emissary of the dead—someone to prattle enthusiastically to, annoy, and/or impress! Yet the celestial has never instead wanted more so to simply crawl into a hole and die, all while the other's seemingly completely unfazed indifference no matter the situation has somehow made it all the worse. Someday, somehow, he would like to... try and get along more uneventfully.
"He's weird."
...And Haneul's just as weird, although he'll never admit that. To the emissary, Caelestis is a rather benign but annoying individual that seems to attract attention and trouble wherever he goes - two things that he himself hates the most. Still, he could at least admire the celestial's attempt in living a "reformed" life, although the two are polar opposites and will likely never see completely eye to eye with each other.
"A truly kind and soothing individual, though I do feel a bit intimidated in his presence nevertheless, admittedly." While Caelestis has seen and encountered much and many, Carmen still exists beyond what feels a realm of his comprehension, and even as a celestial—or precisely as one so lowly among them—it feels almost blasphemous to act as though anywhere near an equal to the man. Yet it's hard to help being drawn in, whether through the Carmen's calm pleasantness or open understanding, as well as the… interesting manner of which they met helping for some extent of an ice breaker. Odd the almost striking resemblance there seems to that certain emissary at a closer glance. It must surely be a coincidence, yes? The clouds and trees reassemble to that accursed man in the worst of days as well, but to think that his mind would be so plagued in these waking moments, that even the face of this divine, reverent being would begin to blur in the insanity.
"A fragment of divinity carried to this world by a gush of wind, now how fascinating is that? I do hope that he's also enjoying his adventures in this realm and soaking up everything that the mortal plane has to offer..."
While many of those above might sneer at Caelestis for being a mere leaf of a holy tree, Carmen simply sees the celestial as a fellow deity in pursuit of his personal happiness - something that the radiant god himself is also on a journey to find. He respects Caelestis as a traveller and enjoys their time together, even if he is somewhat aware of how his presence seems to unnerve latter (for reasons he couldn't quite understand). Well... it also helps that the celestial is quite pretty to look at.
