• Strengths
  Johanna is quick to jump into action and strong-willed too such an extent, that no one will likely see her surrender. The only time she ever gave up, was because she was bleeding as all hell and her brother asked her to, crying while he did it. Also, she can adapt quickly to new situations(this does not mean, that she will always like the given situation). If she where to move into a new house she would just accept the fact and move on with her life. While others seem to not be fully there even after weeks. Johanna seems as if she never lived somewhere different, on the second day.
  She is extremly good in using her (actually somewhat weak) power of controlling chains, in a number of versatile ways.
• Weaknesses
  She is slow. Oh so slow. Sometimes, while running against others, one might think she is going backwards. She tried to train to do better but to no avail. She has the endurance, just not the speed. If one might say: Well maybe, she is a fast thinker instead? Also a big no. She isn't dumb, but she also isn't the smartest one out there. And to top it all, she will seldom accept help, because she has a bit of an ego. Also Johanna thinks she is pretty witty, more often then not annoying the people around her.

• Deren
  Her older Brother.  Both of them get along fine. She used to be extremly clingy towards him however once they grew older the tides turned and now Deren seems to be the clingy one. She loves him dearly and know that he would not stop for anything the world to help and protect her. However she would still like it, if he wasn't that over-protective and clingy all the time. In their family, she thinks of him as the only living relative she still has, even though the reality is quite different. Even though they care for each other so much, she still thinks that she does not really know him.

Friends

• Ethan Parker
  Even if the have different points of view and fight with each other from time to time, Johanna still thinks of Ethan as a close friend, who she would trust with her life in a battle situation. His jokes are often amusing to her, even though she would never show that openly as not to egg him on. Some of his jokes are just too bad for that to happen.
  She calls him Puddle as a nickname, knowing full well that he does not like it nearly as much as she does.
• Vidari Laska
  The two of them are such good friends, that Johanna would never hesitate to call her her best friend. Whenever she needs advice on whatever may be the topic, she visits Vidari to get some help. She even goes so far as to say that certain things Vidari does are okay. Things she would hate in other people. Often times the both of them are sitting somewhere together, reading through magazines or visiting the city together.
  Johanna calls her Vida or Vidi.
  
• Huacan
  Even though she was irritated by his behaviour at first, she started seeing him as a friend over time. In their friendship the main aspect was, at first, to have somone at their side who knows how the fight and has the strenght to actually do something but little by little they started accepting each other even outside of missions.
