Desma is a Centaur huntress, who's clan lives at the bottom of Mount Melrakki. The clan's crops were being destroyed by some unknown beings; the elder prophesied that the Yetis were to blame, so they sent a hunting party to wipe them out. This party included Desma. However, Desma disagreed with the Elder's vision, and since their pleading to spare the Yetis went unanswered, they broke off from the hunting party and rushed to tell the Yetis. Along the way they met Caela, the princess of the Yetis. Desma told her what the Centaurs were planning, and Caela confirmed that the Yetis were not to blame. Caela begged Desma to save her city, and they agreed. Unfortunately, they were too late. Both horrified and devestated, Desma and Caela left the mountain for good. Thankfully Desma and Caela found love for each other amidst sadness. Now fugitives, mistrusted by Sapiens and Elves alike, they both roam the land searching for a purpose.
