Faith was born south of the Kingdom of The Elm but traveled there as a young adult for work. He made his living as a bounty hunter/mercenary until one day, he was given a job by Albus Tryndoe to hunt down Saida Dynmouse, who Faith was told was Albus' fiance who had gone missing. However, when Faith finally found Saida or "Silver" as she was now known, he learned that she had actually ran away from Tryndoe because he attempted to force her into his harem. Upon learning this, Faith decided that no amount of money was worth forcing Silver into that situation. He swore on that day to help Silver in her plight to discover the evil hiding in the Royal Court to atone for any sins he may have unknowingly committed as a bounty hunter.
