Maximilian's youngest son, and also the most vengeful and ambitious, he thinks poorly of anyone he isn't related to, and even then it can be a thin line between him liking you and despising you. He's definitely his father's son, having little to no compassion for the foolish and thinking the worst of everyone. He and his brother Matt work as the family's kidnappers and resident torturers. Don is built more like the men on his mother's side of the family, lean and quick, but don't underestimate him. Don picked up some of his father's sadistic tendencies when it comes to dealing with his targets. He's been given the nickname Wraith by the family, and would rival Arnie for stealthiest member of the family, if he wasn't so impulsive.

Don is cold, calculating, and sometimes a bit heartless. He has little to no sympathy for anyone who's wronged him or his family and will not hesitate to act on orders from his father, Richard, or Samuel. Don is very protective of Matt and his cousin Manny, and is the reason Manny's dog Spud knows how to kill on command. He and Matt are very intuitive of each other, but Don can read way too much into things. Matt can be a very literal and dense so they balance each other out well.

When Fred and Tia were murdered he immediately jumped on the job of tracking the bastards down and bringing them back to the basement, he wasn't old enough at the time to see his sibling's ghosts, (That happens around ages 26-30, he was 19) so for a while he swore his dad had lost a bit of his mind, but didn't bother him about it because he thought it was just his coping mechanism. He was actively helping his father torture both men they brought down.
