Father Al's Links
Within the first week of Wayfarer training I knew we had found someone special in Kanjiri... Her abilities are greater than she realizes and I believe it's time she put them to the test in service to our cause. ^.^
I owe him so much... Father Alba-Fragum has taught me everything I know... I love my birth parents but he's the closest thing to a father figure I have. ;v;
*sigh* She was powerful, but angry... I'd thought that perhaps if we could channel that into something positive that she'd come around to our ways but I was wrong. I'd helped create possibly the most powerful life-aether user in known space... And she was hell-bent on using it to kill those she deemed unworthy. Some councillors suggested locking her away but it would be contrary to our ways and no cell could have held her anymore... We simply had to let her leave and allow her over use of aether to take it's course. :-(
HA, it's easy to sit on a peaceful world commanding those around you to do your bidding. Those fuddy-duddy Wayfarers think their pacifist code is a strength but it's not... I was always told in Wayfarer training "Become the positive change that you want to see in the universe" so I did... I started ridding known space of all pirates one at a time... Sounds positive to me. >:-)
There's a great deal of naivety in Brother Adam. He's likely to attract a lot of attention due to his ethnicity, the galaxy is full of people who would take advantage of a young Felidan, but he has all the tools to make a fantastic Pilgrim. :-)
He leads the Wayfarers and is a shining example of how we should behave, yet despite being as busy as he is he's always been willing to take the time to speak with anyone who asks for it. I can't even begin to imagine what kind of stories he could tell! ^.^
I've heard tales of a purebred Felidan with Life Aether skills working as an accomplished Bounty Hunter and I'd be willing to bet I know who it is. It brings me contentment to know he's alright, Sister Katie was inconsolable for weeks after the Tribunal's verdict, she'd loved Brother Adam dearly as we all did.
I've had no contact with him since my exile but I assume he's been up to the same thing he always was, training Wayfarers. I doubt I'll ever see him again but I'll always take his lessons to heart. <:-)
