Personality:

  Damien is a dull, forgetful Buizel, with the personality of a brick and the physical health of a moldy carrot. He is diligent, and mostly thinks about work, and working, and when he can go back to his job. However, he is not very concerned about himself or his own daily needs. And, he is especially concerned that, if he were to be called in sick, that he would have to miss some work. After all, work is something that is hard to forget.
Damien thinks mostly about work, if you could not tell.
This is because Damien has a hard time thinking of anything else; his brain is always in such a fog that often he cannot even remember the names of Pokemon he knows well, or cannot recognize faces on sight. Or remember faces. Or remember instructions. Damien just has a troubling memory. Anything he does remember, and remember well, is stored in his backpack. He used to store most of it in his burrow- before it flooded. He would have been upset about this, but his extreme claustrophobia had always caused him to sleep outside of his burrow, and use his house more as a storage area than anything more. Now, his items are sparser- but, still fine. He likes to collect things.
However, not having much of a memory, Damien is a very kind and forgiving Pokemon. If he is feeling well, he can actually give some pretty good advice. And, he rarely comes to rash conclusions, always giving both parties the benefit of the doubt. Not that he comes to many conclusions, of course.
No matter what, Damien always does his best. Even when he feels exhausted and like his legs are about to catch fire, he reminds himself that the next break is coming up soon, and he can feel better about taking that break.
And then he will tell himself it again.
And again.
And again.

Backstory:

  It is unclear when Damien was born. But, on August thirtieth, Damien was found floating in the lake, with nothing but sparse, broken memories left in his head. Nothing concrete enough to go on, he ended up digging himself a burrow by the lake. After a good while of living around there, he began to work at the Nennabrev Orchard with a friend of his named Omar (who Damien never actually remembers meeting for the first time, for some reason). Damien was fascinated with the orchardmaster, Maynard, and quickly rose through the ranks in the orchard. Soon, despite his ailing brain, he was the second-in-command at the Nennabrev Orchard. He was pretty confused- but he was not going to question it.
Damien was left confused, and hurt, by Omar's death (although not as hurt as Magda, probably). Sometimes, he forgets that Omar even died. He really does try to remember- he just has a hard time.
And things only got worse when Damien was kidnapped and taken to a dark place by some unseen Pokemon, stuffed into a cage that has attempted to strangle him on multiple occasions.
Currently, Damien is trapped in the Dark World, with nothing but his trusty backpack and his jacket.
Hopefully, this is all a big misunderstanding.
Maynard will find him soon.
