Miyeh

Her elder sister was born with a genetic abnormality that caused her parent's pigments to mix, and her feathers to be purple. She was heralded as a blessing throughout the species. Miyeh, however, was born normal, inheriting her mother's shade of blue. Despite not being abnormal in any meaningful way, she is treated like a blight upon her sister's legacy. It extends even down to her name, which translates directly to "disappointment." She lacks self-confidence, is generally unintelligent, and is easy to provoke into tears.

Harpies are nomadic in the sense that they travel between the various harpy settlements, and do not typically own any singular dwelling. Once ferocious creatures, these natural predators have started to build and live in their own societies, isolated from the main humanoid settlements. They possess high physical strength and endurance, being able to endure any blunt force or elemental magic with no injuries whatsoever. This does not protect them from piercing weapons, however. They can carry their own weight when flying, and can break through solid rock with ease.
