Bud

Bud is a slime with a cheerful disposition, always ready to help out and learn in any way she can. Although she's not very smart and can be oblivious, clumsy, and naive, that doesn't stop her from doing her best. 

Where she originated from and how old she truly is is a mystery. Previously a part of a wild and feral slime creature roaming the land, she separated herself from the consciousness of that creature. With her newfound individuality, she has a hard time mimicking human patterns but usually likes to maintain her humanoid form. She can, however, shapeshift and morph her body if needed.

Her senses work differently than most humanoid creatures - she can't be physically damaged and has no concept of pain, touch, or other senses. However, in her quest to understand sentience and fit in, she fools herself into mentally experiencing these sensations. This leads to awkward situations, where she doesn't understand what is "normal" for people and reacts inappropriately (eating inedible things, feigning pain or reaction at odd times, etc.)
