Itami is the main antagonist, as well as the nefarious, quite old, and towering CEO of her company, ASAGI Tech Corporation. It's unsure as to why it's not called ASAGUROI Tech Co. instead, though it's possible that the company has been taken over by her, or has now become the company's recent successor.

Itami has been depicted by some people as ferocious, elegant, cunning, and fashionable. While she is such, she's also incredibly immature, narcissistic, and cocky. She likes to find ways where she's the center of attention or at least wants to show that she's the absolute best of the best. A lot of conflicts with Yora that are caused by her are usually through a strong drive of self-indulgence, and also trying to find ways to one-up Yora. Another main factor to why she fights with Yora a lot is often due to her being envious of the young carefree lifestyle she has. For Itami having to work so painfully hard to reach where she is, her childhood hasn't been very memorable, let alone fun - hence why Itami behaves a bit irrationally now.

Although Itami exhibits an extremely unreasonable personality and has questionable ambitions, she's still well respected by her employees, especially her Top 3 workers - Mei Yukimura, Sumai Yamamoto, and Chi Watanabe. Mei is often an exception because while she does look highly to her boss, she does disagree with a majority of what Itami comes up with. Although, she'll still follow her orders regardless. Unless stated otherwise. Itami herself also respects and appreciates the company and the hard work that her employees have done. She's ended up referring to Mei, Sumai, and Chi as her closest friends, despite the jarring age gap.

She holds a vigorous albeit childish rivalry towards Yora; the both of them having clashed nearly on a regular basis. Most of the time, however, Itami has been the one that has ignited more fights than Yora has, but though this is mainly because of how much trouble she causes - as the company CEO, and also as a person in general. While her company primarily focuses on technology and machinery, Itami has also been trying to find ways to make her business engage in...other business fields, such as culinary, security, travel, or entertainment services. It's almost unsurprising that if one ends up finding a well-advanced product, it's probably manufactured by ASAGI Tech Co. themselves.

Itami is incredibly powerful, and with her slender and well-defined physique, she also inherits boasting speed as well. She fights primarily with the signature weapon that she carries around with her - a company-manufactured Electric Rapier. The rapier reaches up to 180cm in length, with a blade made of pure steel. The handle contains a supercharged battery that, when activated, sends an electrical current into the blade of the rapier. The power of the electricity that is being conducted into the blade can be amplified to several levels of intensity, it's so dangerous that if you pierced someone with the rapier while it was on, it would completely fry and paralyze them.
