Scientific NamePanthera Leo Orcus

PowerIgnites whatever its paw beans grab

Powers

Leogres fall under the bio power class. The digital pads on their paws secrete a special combustible compound that ignites into flames when enough pressure is exerted. They use this to burn foes and also mark their territory by spreading a line of fire. They have to be careful with handling things or else they set it on fire by accident. If they clench their fists they can attack with fiery punches.

Appearance

Leogres are red lion like emotibeasts. They are muscular and tall and sport two tusks and sharp canines for tearing into meat. They have a red fiery mane and two wispy fire shaped patches of fur on their shoulders. They have a tuft at the end of their tail that resembles a raging fire and have well defined muscles. They reach up between five and six feet.

Other

Leogres are wicked and cruel beasts with soft hearts buried underneath. They act brutish with each other and strangers and fight first then ask questions later. They fall under the feral social class due to their violent nature and dispossition. They get angry with each other and so they fight a lot amongst themselves. They've developed territorial behavior and mark their property with a "fence" of fire they make by dragging their hand across the ground. If another leogre trespasses the two will end up wrestling until one finally gives in.

Story

Leogres live in a sandy beach area north of Threand Island. The land wraps around to the east of Threand Island and varies between extremes of cold and heat throughout the year. During the spring rain becomes abundant in the region and douses the leogre's flames as well as their abilities due to the water. They spend this time in huts to hide out from the rain. To prepare for this they spend winter gathering lots of food to stockpile until then. The rain also takes down the fire fences marking a leogre's land, making it unclaimed once again. Once summer comes leogres rush out of their homes in order to claim new territory for themselves and fights are sure to ensue during this process.

Trivia

● Leogres tend to wield stone weapons since they are non flammable and still hit hard.

● Leogres get along very well with kindrions and are fascinated with gold.

● If they suffer any damage in their paw the compound naturally cauterizes the wound.

● The primary way for Leogres to attack with their power is by grabbing their enemy's face.

● Stronger leogres have bigger manes.
