Practically raised by Viscon like Maia was, to a lesser extent, but him and Wiąz immediately hone in on Vis whenever he's around on meetings. Doesn't take much seriously, neither the job nor the many traumas they've inflicted and have been inflicted. He's a bit lazy, and probably next on the list after Vis for 'kids that need to be whipped back to shape', but he's actually doing his job so he's managing. He's probably narrowly avoiding catastrophies just because of his powers warning him of them

had a dad????? mom left him when Mlodin was like, 6. Killing that man barely meant anything to be honest. Should've been a better dad. He'll get a second chance so honestly what's the damage
