Saichi Hero Institute

This school has a six year superhero program and is the best in the country, maybe the whole planet. The first 4 years are a high school program while the last two years are higher education. Classes change their year number from 1-6 but keep their section letter designation. The first years go through weed out programs and the class number drops from the 25 admitted to each of three classes to less than 20 typically. 

Year 3 is also a weed out year where the class size drops and three sections are merged into two.
