Ahhh, thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed it as much as I did writing it! Especially the juxtaposition of The Bird Master being this hulking bird-man hybrid with abilities like having impenetrable skin, and Mai being basically an average teenager. But no, Mai thinks she's the invincible one. I wish I knew what he'd say to her. I can imagine the two of them being a riot!
