Cain is both a mighty fine pirate and my dearest friend. We hit it off rather quickly back in the day, and since then there's never a dull moment when we're together-- I truly believe we can chat about anything and everything. He's accompanied me on some of my most daring raids-- I have trusted him with my life, and I'm honored to now call him my quartermaster. His opinions are greatly valued on topics both trivial and significant, and I'm thankful that despite such dire circumstances we've been able to sail together again~
THAT'S MY BEST BRO!! We've been together since we was kids, I'd do anythin for this guy and he's got my back too. We're always findin ways ta have a good time, even if I gotta remind him to relax every once in a while, HEHEH. We're gonna rule the fuckin world someday, just wait and see.
WHO??? OH YEAH, EMI'S BRO. REAL STICK UP HIS ASS.
Insane little weirdo. Don't trust 'im, don't like 'im, but as long as he keeps Emily safe...
Came across Emi when I was huntin a dragon a few years back. Turns out she was an adynum too, sooo I've been teachin her magic and shit ever since... just lookin after her and stuff. SHE'S A REAL GOOD KID! GOT A LOTTA SPUNK, LOVE TA SEE IT. I know how ta fuckin pick em, heh!
Aww, Vasi's the BEST! He's an Asteri, but he's super approachable and always plays with the kids. He's so funny and a total goof, but super strong too! He saved my life and uses his powers to rescue people from dragons... I hope I can be a hero like him someday!
The son I never knew I had. He blames me for the misfortune of his past, and while I regret that I couldn't have taken him away from that world, what's done is done. He seems unwilling to let things go, and I fear it may be impossible to have a more normal relationship because of it, no matter how much I would like for that to be the case. Wishful thinking, I suppose-- of course, I should know better.
WE WERE CHILDHOOD FRIENDS OR WHATEVER. She's pretty cool, Cass feels like one of the few people who can actually KEEP UP WITH ME, ya know?? SHE GREW UP KINDA HOT TOO.
Ohh, Glad and I go way back, heehee! It's been a while, but look at how cute and cheeky he grew up to be! A great pal and a skilled bosun. Lookin' forward to having more grand adventures together ~ ♫
My wonderful nephew-- he's a smart lad with a good heart. Careful and practical, I always enjoy hearing his thoughts on things. He's got a good mind for problem solving, I think~
Apparently my ancestor from the 1700s...? But that aside, Glad's just really a great guy. He works so hard and cares so much about everyone. He's helped me out a lot too... I've come to find him someone I can really rely on.
Emily really took after me, didn't she! Such a charming niece with so much energy and a creative mind. I highly appreciate her love for history art-- I wish we had more of a chance to talk!
OH MY GOSH, Gladimir Vertanen?!?? THE PRINCE OF YVOIRE??? I 'unno what's up with this time magic of whatever, but he's just as princely as I imagined! The grace, the eloquence, the pure essence of nobility... so cool!!! I wish I could see him more often... Oh, but apparently he's dating a dragon now...? WHAT'S UP WITH THAT!!!!
He's Berry-- or rather, Clove's twin brother. He got brought to our town on accident and I had pitied the poor boy, but now I'm starting to have some concern for his prolonged time here. Turns out one of his other brothers is quite the star in the Navy, and if he's looking for Ross, that spells danger for everyone involved. He really needs to go home sooner rather than later.
A good pirate! We worked together a few times, some years ago. How unfortunate that his brother got involved in this mess... I do wonder how he feels about that, but I suppose we haven't had the proper time to sit down and catch up. In any case, I do hope Clove's finding success for himself, but somehow I can't help but worry...
The Navarro family and I had a good relationship back when I was working for the VCT. I remember Noel when he was a small boy, seeing as his family would bring him along to various gatherings from time to time. He was a funny child, odd but cute-- I believe I had a more honest relationship with him than I ever did his parents, as was often the case with nobility and their games. In any case, while I'm happy to see him alive and well, I do hope he can find his way home sooner rather than later. Even if his heart is in the right place, I can't see him doing well among pirates, nor will the aristocracy accept him should he spend too much time among us willingly. This isn't the world he belongs in...
When I first met Sam he was a mildly awkward but surprisingly charming fellow-- I only grew to enjoy his company the more I got to know him. He's funny, pleasantly presumptuous at times, and I find we can talk for days on end. We share the same great passions for art and a free life, though he has an innocent enthusiasm for the world of a man half his age. And while it is terribly unfortunate that he came to share the same ghostly fate as me, enduring eternity alone frightens me more than anything... so I'm happy to have him at my side.
Gives me the creeps but I guess he's alright. Been trying to be careful around him but he acts so normal that sometimes I forget he's even a ghost.
Comes off as a good captain as far as I can tell. I hope that he can see to Noel's situation soon and get the poor fellow home. It's too bad my status as a ghost seems to unnerve him-- I suspect our crews might have otherwise made a good team.
I remember Eva from when she was a young girl in Tua Toria-- some of my best guns were seen to by her and her family. She was always a joy to visit, and I'm happy to have managed to run into her again after all these years. She makes a fine pirate, and despite whatever grievances she has towards me now, I'll continue to support her and her endeavors-- no doubt she'd make an excellent hand in any ambitious raids in the future.
He's pretty good at leaving abruptly and showing up whenever he wants. The nerve of him to say he has nothing left to live for, only to turn around and play house with his sappy crew.
If he's so sad and unambitious that the has nothing to live for, he should hurry up and find a way to die for real. Hell, I'll even help him find it. Anything to get that pathetic face out of my sight for good.
I think I'd be living in an alley if not for Ri-chan!! She's a great kid!!
I wonder what someone like her is doing on a pirate ship... I'll keep her secrets for her own safety, but I do hope she finds a way out of this!
