Some may have already seen this but just in case, I'm notifying people here too regarding some grave issues with this user

Also I apologize if I haven't been replying on this thread or some private messages sent here or on DA; I appreciate the kind words of encouragement as well as any additional info or advice. As of now I'm just very tired... There are also some new info I can't share to the public in respect to the wishes of certain people who came forward to share their past experience with this user.

Please take extra caution if you ever found yourself transacting with them, and if you have any on-going WIP with them there's the possibility of them contacting you.

As for people who own my designs, I kindly ask to please avoid doing business with this person as they're on my blacklist again indefinitely.

Also kindly forgive me for another set of delays if I owe you art; I just haven't had the energy to personally contact everyone again one by one since I have been preoccupied with this issue for several days...and even now.

i read this awhile ago and it's just really spooky, sorry you're going through it because they feel so entitled zzz

i definitely wouldn't take their threats to take to court seriously haha

Yeah...agreed about the spooks. I've never seen someone give such hateful speech directed at me and others I know. There's plenty more I couldn't post;;; but I think it's for the best since they're creepier than what was released in the PSA. Even though the legal threats were super questionable to be real, it was still difficult to go through.

Other than that I had so much facepalm moments and severe secondhand embarrassment in the piffi chat stuff. A lot of creators got shaded there even Beau. 🤦

oh there's no denying that it would feel terrible, i'm very sorry you had to go through it at all

ugh yeah LOL i'm all too used to people shading other cs creators for things that are wholly subjective or hearsay and it's pretty tiresome. it's why i don't participate in groups actively for sure

Ah...it sounds like such a common occurrence, I find that really sad;;; makes me want to hide in my hole more honestly www;;;
But I suppose that's even more initiative to support fellow artist/creators even more.

Weheh...wild indeed it is. I personally had to properly read and rearrange all the screenshots (with some help); it was quite an awfully disheartening experience to say the least. Hopefully it would be the last I have to go through that, especially I've seen more which were far worse that couldn't be posted.

Ah thank you kisa for the kind words, I think I'm finally doing better...
I really hope that this would be sorted out for real, even though it's doubtful the user feels any remorse from the last update. Best to just avoid them for the sake of everyone's emotional and mental health. Thank you again for the kind wishes and I wish a wonderful day for you too!

Ah thank you! Still hanging but getting by. It's been emotionally and mentally tiring since I'm still receiving private statements about the user...it's quite arduous to get through ;;; so I really hope that this would be the last we'll have to suffer this.
