Grumpybumpers is an image rotator-- I use it on Jason's pagedoll, so every time you load his page there's a different image in the corner. It's made for forum signatures, but works anywhere you can put an image. I didn't realize it worked on normal links until I saw someone on ArtFight use it as a random character selector!
