 this set of approval rules are valid since 4/8/21

make sure you have read & agree to all the rules applying to Cyber Pixies, the world they inhabit, and any creative off-branching property before submitting your design for approval & entry!
below is an abridged section of the ruleset below, please read them over to their full extent!

once your Cyber Pixie has been accepted & made official, they must remain within the species, unless you have completed the voiding process with said character
crossbreeds with other species are allowed, but MUST get written approval from mappy, using a specific form that will be provided at the time

each Pixie MUST have a toyhouse profile that is at least visible to logged in users
if you need to set your Pixie's profile to auth only / private, you are required to dm the owner (mappy) a key for viewing purposes, and keep it active. this key will NEVER be shared, publicly or privately. this is to ensure all profile data (masterlist number, approval link, trait & rarity info) is accurate, and to prevent any missing Pixies

once created, your MYO design will have a 2 week cooldown; this means no trading, selling, or voiding said character for the 2 week duration
if you decide to trade, sell, or void your Pixie for whatever reason, you must wait out the rest of the time period, and make the other party(s) aware of said cooldown if trading/selling

your MYO design will get declined, and there may even be a penalty, if your design includes offensive, hateful, or otherwise bigoted material / symbols / etc
you may have a nude / nsfw reference or art piece(s) for your Cyber Pixie, but it cannot be posted as it's main reference, or visible to minors/guests (aka properly censored) within it's profile

all traits and rarity must be recorded in the profile of the Pixie once approved!
this is to prevent the masterlist page from getting cluttered, and help others who are designing their pixies, know what traits look like when used

all rules, guidelines, and MYO approval standards may get updated or altered as the species grows, or issues arise. for ease of use, an update summary will be provided above with a timestamp
