Unfortunately, just by finding Deep Sea Remnants! We plan to occasionally scatter Remnants in the world though, almost like mini scavenger hunts, so maybe you will find some then ^^
Yep! Deep Sea isn’t just for October, it’s a year-round set :)
As a side note, for our species, nothing is truly “limited edition,” since in video games I get upset when something is then not obtainable because I haven’t played it since launch. So applying that here, there will always be methods to get everything, and there will always be methods to get everything for free, even if it takes a bit of work ^^
