Labrea awakens immediately in her tar avatar, which is huge and strong, so I feel I need to give her some Power points to make that reasonable, and she can do several things: exist (that's magical enough given her form), spew tar and hydrocarbon attacks, and utilize her tar animal zombies, so she needs several points of Discipline to explain that fine tuned control over her ability. For context, she is a dead person in a living tar pit.
