Personally, I don't care.
It may comes off extreme. If it really bothers you, you may consider turn off fav notification(for ignore at all) or disable it.
Hey Toyhouse! I don't make too many forum threads, though I've been kinda curious about a topic I've seen brought up somewhat often with usually mixed perspectives on it. What are your thoughts on "dreamie folders"? Do you like seeing your characters added to them, or do you prefer people don't do that? You can also add your reasons as to why, I'd love to hear what you people think.

Anyway, I don't really plan on creating one myself in case you're wondering if that's why I made this. I guess trying to have my sights set on one character, let alone several, is just something I'm too lazy for wijofjioeg. If one of my characters ever got added to one, though, I might actually find it quite flattering honestly! Though I'd probably let the person know at some point if the design is something I'm keeping, just so they're aware. What would you do, though?
i chose the neutral option bc i never look at where ppl organise my characters after they fave them, and even if they were added to dreamie folders i never plan on selling or trading anyone anyway so it's not that much of a bother
if anything i'd be a little surprised bc i consider my characters to be too generic and plain visually to be someone's dreamies lol
Coming from the other end- I do have a "dreamies/wishlist" folder and I've noticed that a lot of times I'll stick a character in there while they're uft/ufs and then one day I'll go back and they will be foreverhomed by their new owner. I wouldn't want the new owner to feel awkward, but also I'm not about to go through my folder every few weeks and figure out who's still available.
I know its different for certain people, but if something's in my "wishlist/dreamie" folder, it doesn't mean I'm gonna go after the owner trying to get them to sell it to me. Might just mean that when I have some money I go, "hey, I love that. Oh, it's not for sale. I wonder if the original creator has any other characters ufs"

All of that being said, I will 100% take something out of my wishlist folder if the owner says it makes them uncomfortable. Just don't come at me with pitchforks- I would never do something like that to purposely upset someone.
(and also I'm not going to read everyone's tags, bio, rules, and warnings top to bottom just to make sure if I can put something in my faves... I'm just not...)
I couldn't care less. Put my characters into whatever folders you want, it doesn't matter at all as long as you're not sending me unsolicited offers. Or blatantly ripping them off, but that's a given. It's not like I go and check people's folders anyways when they fav my characters. In a way it's flattering to see some of my designs be that desirable to people
I find it a little uncomfortable, not going to lie. Not enough to really do anything about it but as I make my OCs for ME/don't participate in trading characters plus some I've had for half of my life, it feels a little uncomfortable knowing someone is like 'I'd love to own them' as they're personal.
