Okay, so! It sounds like a lot of people want this thread. I'd be 100% up for making it, honestly! I agree that it would help the issue, as least somewhat, or it would give people an alternative place to post if they wanted to!
I'll probably make a Discord server for it? So that we can all talk it out and have a little community! ^^ I do already have a TH server, though, so I could always just do it there~

I think having a limit on how many one person can adot, maybe, per se, weekly would be beneficial? If someone is willing to go through and see how many people put up free characters on average, then a few people could make a weekly updated list with the names of users and how many they have claimed for that week? Idk that is all I can think of rn
And I really apologise, I feel that this applies to me and I feel bad. I really try to make a point of only trying to adopt designs and I really like and absolutely will use, but I am sure that I take too many. I never intend to make people feel bad so I am sorry for contributing to the problem for you guys. I can also offer to help mod if there's a new thread, I've already been helping out in the HQ Character threads and I think I've been doing a good job when people message me about issues ;;
I've pretty much finished the new thread! However, due to me only being one person, I haven't implemented an actual system to prevent mass claimers yet. It's a general rule of "don't be a mass claimer" until I can figure out a fair system and get a few mods. I'm going to make a Discord server (adding a channel to a Discord that I already run) for the thread community so that we can all talk it out! Would anyone like to do that? <3

Should I just delete them off of TH and just forget they’re a character? I’m guessing uncredited freebies are against the TOS (for good reason of course) and I feel like at this point it’d be impossible to find the creator (the design was on TH for 3 years now)
