i feel like bumbleby / bumblebee was incredibly forced and most ships in rwby do! renora felt okay, but arkos felt forced as well.

Dofus and Wakfu are both very boring MMO's. I'm surprised no one mentioned these games here. Also, the cartoon adaptions of Dofus feel uninteresting, though I really love the animation of it. The only thing I like about the Dofus series is the Wakfu animated adaptation, even though I stopped watching it around episode 8.
MMD was never intended to be a "professional" 3D program that replaces Blender/Maya/3D MAX and others. It's mainly targeted for NicoNicoDouga community that wants a 3D PV/MV to accompany (usually) Vocaloid songs without needing that much budget or knowledge in 3D. (And tbh when I was too young to understand 3D programs for referencing perspective and posing, MMD was my option because of how straightforward it is to use it.)
I felt like it gained its negative connotations because of how (mostly dA) community didn't understand the concept of the program or is mainly tired of people back then often saturated the "3D" section of the site with only MMD and low effort recolors of existing models and well....all the dramas surrounding it. There are many good stuff that are made out of the program, but y'know the negative outcomes always get more credit.
Otherwise, the program itself is not bad, I understand if some don't like the models or things that are made out of MMD but I don't really think it deserve that much hatred or comparison with other "better" 3D programs when its target audience are clearly different.
Apart from the price, Hesburger is superior to McDonalds in every way, shape and form because their products actually taste fresh and have a unique flavor.
I feel Game of Thrones is overrated, and its effects on modern fiction are somewhat underrated. Its selling point is often the political drama, how anyone can die at any time and the sex. That spills over to other shows which try to become more "edgy" because of GoT and make people who like their "fantasy" idealistic and fantastical look...old-fashioned I guess.

A really unpopular opinion of mine is that alot of popular species imo shouldn't really be getting the credit they deserve, like alot of species are only popular due to the creator who made it despite the fact the species has nothing going on with them community wise. If your species is just adopt after adopt after adopt with no community event or a way for the members to interact with eachother then it's really not worth the money.
My opinion on closed species; you have no control on what people do with their characters so you really can't force em to stick with the lore if they don't want to?
