GOD I LOVE... I LOVE ECKVA SO MUCH. its still a relatively small series but FUCK my dumbass brain is HYPERFIXATED and fuck i'm so excited for more eckva18 is going to KILL ME. i barely know anything about hawkins i dont even know their fuckin face and while im concerned for their safety im also doubting what theyve been telling the audience that they............MIGHT be hiding things. especially the whole "unreliable narrator" trope going on in ARGs i ever participated in. im really hoping that theyd be a deceitful character in some kind, hiding a crucial/critical information from the audience or maybe something worse. i mean they kinda already did, lying about their involvement with eckva, saying they applied for a job but never got a response, i just want a protag thats not 100% innocent. that does bad things they think is necessary to reach their goal even if hawkins was just trying to live their life and like. not being haunted by the company they apparently used to work for?? eckva is just a bunch of staticky bastards
we havent even get to know araymond that much all we know is that. andrew our man's DEAD and eckva probably KILLED HIM but the circumstances around his death is so fucking shady especially that the e-mail that was sent told the employees not to disclose the details of his death to anyone outside the company to "respect his family" but i know thats BULLSHIT. and god his last message to hawkins is still really fucking haunting like. oh god

I thought the first season of The Man in the High Castle was awesome but holy shit the second season is FANTASTIC so far it’s planned out in a way I couldn’t of predicted and I love it. It’s bit of an obsession right now I think I may be annoying my colleagues by gushing about it when we talk TV and film oops lol I just hope I can download season 3 next turnaround day.
The story’s really interesting and it’s so fascinating watching watching all the characters develop and change as well as some of the dynamic shift. Frank is def my fave of the serise, I couldn’t place why I enjoy his character so much but I do. I’m not 100% sure if he is supposed to be the villain but I read John Smith as a baddie (though he has moments that make me second guess that assessment) but I really love how human and developed he is. I don’t particularly like the character but he’s really interesting to watch on screen for sure. I’ve seen a few films lately where the villains have been very superficial so it’s refreshing to see that.
Idkw but Mesopotamian clothing is just really appealing to me. I could wear all those v neck dresses with literally no issue whatsoever. Also #bringbackflatendconehat2019, they look so silly yet comfortable at the same time!
Chernobyl is such a good show, with excellent writing, acting, music....just eveything about it. It's so haunting to watch, and the fact it all actually happened just adds a whole dimension to the tension and anxiety you feel watching it. Just aaaaah.
Everything else I've watched recently has let me down in some way with its writing, but Chernobyl just keeps on giving. Plus it has rekindled my interest in physics and learning about science in general after such a bad year with my course. GOOD GOOD STUFF!
i love the band OPETH SOOSOOSOSO MUCH!!!! they're one of my idols and i wish to meet them some day. their music (old and new) are so awesome, their new stuff sounds really beautiful even if it's not metal.
i have an unhealthy obsession with mikael akerfeldt it kills me-- i love to doodle him and draw him so much. he's so funny, he's so charming, he's so freaking beautiful, i love his mustache and his shoulder-length silky hair i just wanna run my fingers through it and i love his beautiful happy grin. and HIS VOICE. fdnasifdasifydbasiuofkdasfdas his voiceieirieiriere it's so deep yet it's so gentleee sometimes he sounds sorrowful in some songs which it makes the song sound even more beautiful and then there's some songs where he sounds so prideful it makes me soooOO HAPPYYY!!! he's such a sweetheart too, i just wish that people wouldn't hate on him and call him arrogant, even if he may have done some pretty things but nobody is perfect, right? that wouldn't really change my perspective on him butTTTTTTTT INHALEEEEE THEY SAY DON'T MEET YOUR HEROES BUT I WANNA MEET MY HERO HE INSPIRES ME HE MAKES ME SO HAPPY HE AND HIS BAND HELPED ME SO MUCH THROUGH THE HARDEST TIMES I'VEHAD. i wish there was more people that knew about opeth because they're such an amazing band!!! they're so talented and creative!!!! but diddly darn i just want to go up to mikael one day and tell him how much i admire him as a musician and how much he has helped me since i do struggle with mental health issues. but other than opeth, metal music just makes me SUPER happy. i wish that people didn't look at it as a rlly bad genre and that only angry people listen to it because if it makes me really happy, then i'm sure that other people that listen to it makes them happy as well!!!
