Seems fine to me! As long as you're okay with her having a fully disguised human form as well (minus horns, tail, yellow eye, etc).
I'm amused how many dragons we seem to be collecting; pure coincidence! xD

Looks great! The only thing to bear in mind really is that the angel she recieved her powers from shouldn't be a name claim from existing angel lore, but seeing as the name isn't listed in her profile anyway that's problably not an issue, just figured I'd mention it. Feel free to submit her whenever you like! :)
