I always have bits of pieces of myself in all of my characters but Tomoya is the one I'm most like. I like cooking/baking, children, sewing, tend to do house chores, care for siblings, etc. A very motherly figure. Everyone says I have a motherly personality and tendencies.... Tomoya is the big bro of his siblings and takes care of many things at home while working so I relate and feel close to him.
I feel like we all have one character that is like us in some way. Maybe you put a bit of yourself into them. Maybe you both have the same interests. Maybe they're exactly like you! Which character of yours is the most like you?
My sona Cloud is pretty much me lol! As I was writing her bio, I was basically writing about myself. This works for me because she's supposed to be my mascot on most platforms (although you wouldn't guess that with my profile :']) and is basically my face online!
outside of the obvious sona answers, i think it's val! val is a shapeshifter, which is the exact power i always profess to wanting when asked if i want a superpower. so i think i accidentally dropped a few of my personality traits into the primordial OC ooze vat when i was making them ... we have very different interests and talents, but i think we emote our love for them in very similar ways.
Cliodna of Ziara. I don't count her as a 'sona, even though she's...basically an OC based on my default human avatar on Subeta. Her backstory and some of the interests are very different, as are her looks, but her personality is basically "me, if I was into guns" and her aesthetic VERY MUCH reflects mine, and what I find visually appealing (i.e. androgyny, white hair, tomboy tendencies, steampunk, wings).
I think Whisky. Even if he's a 2metre tall, 31 year old, well-trained barkeeper very moody rat idiot hitman and im a very small thin weak and dumb goth brat we still have alot in common... like our disgusting love for doctors and how we handle love and emotions. And we both can be very serious and then not care about seriousness in next second cause its getting too boring. We both talk alot of shit, the only difference is Whisk doesnt realize it. We both have the same problems at the same time whenever I'm rping as him, I dont have that with any other rp character even if theire just as close to me as Whisk is. I think in his heart hes just that 18 year old girl that i am ... or deep inside im that 31 year old man xD
Also Karo is another one that can be very much like me, I can be just as betraying and direct and utterly annoying, and we both are just doing it to get attention from people we dont even like just because were bored- that doesnt sound nice but oh well
Also Edna. We both are persons who have their very own life and need to work for their goals every day or it just doesnt work out. We both only talk to very close friends because we cant trust anyone else or just dont have the time to befriend someone else, since we dont have time to waste it on friendships which may break apart, and we love our friends who we now have to death. We both have very clear goals we need and want to reach, otherwise our life would be wasted. Even if that sounds hard, were both pretty optimistic, othwise we would've failed by now. PLUS WE BOTH HATE WHISKY DEEP INSIDE gawd
I have never had a sona more closely resemble everything I've ever wanted from myself more than Milky does. He's cute, he's dedicated, and he's a lover, not a fighter- to name a few things.
