I got this guy for 10k Amino Coins, which I believe converts to around $50 - 60.
I didn’t see a thread like this, and I was curious, so here we are.
For the record, I'm asking about your character with the most expensive current value, not just the one with the most expensive initial price (although you could do either, it doesn't really matter).
Sairdin is definitely the most invested-into.
I've slowed down now that I've gotten into a lot more characters, but for a while he was the only real character I got art for, so he's racked up quite the debt. Helps that he's one of the few characters I've gone for more professional pieces with compared to some.
Definitely this boy! Don't really remember the total price for all of his commissioned artworks, but he is definitely priceless. Just because I love him a tad bit too much, like my own real son. Haha!
Definitely Crazybloom! Between the fact that shes over 10 years old now (made by me), and that I have amassed so much art of her (most I've sadly lost) she has to be about 200-300 dollars, including writing I've done for her that I've never shared
My sona is currently roughly tied with Agni for most expensive character. Both were made by me, but with all the commissions I've gotten of them, they've gone up in value lol
Both are worth 600+ , but Red will soon be more expensive because I splurged and bought a VR model for them, so they'll be worth around $850 (Actually more because I don't factor in the cost of the fursuit paws and feet) But I mean they do have a ton of art, a VR model on the way, a fursuit head/paws/feet, and a plushie on the way. Actually... I don't think I factored in the plushie cost as well... D:
Also ironically I just set up a "will" of sorts listing all my most expensive characters so if something happens, my fiance can sell them to cover costs and whatnot xD
although i have never spent money on a character Poe has the most initial worth as he was designed by the group owner, i was lucky to get him for only some art. [Worth-35 USD]
I didn’t purchase this guy, I designed him, but I’ve spent over $800 on art for him and I probably won’t stop any time soon lol.
