I know this is a very niche concept, but I kinda wanna see all the characters here that are essentially Bill Cipher-esque, with a particular combination of villainy/chaos and style.
Extra points if your characters have a dapper style.
Maverick's not necessarily evil, but he's definitely chaotic! His aesthetic isn't classy by any means, but he's definitely fashionable.
Val, on the other hand, is both evil and chaotic, though her stylishness is a little more debatable. Technically she elements of dapperness (minus the typically dark colors), but it comes off more as cheap carnival wear than actual formal attire imo.
Most definitely evil, chaotic and devilishly charming! Also extremely intelligent and Malicious. An eye for a head and a leg for a torso is their code of honour. Don't look very dapper to humans, but by pokemon standards they're basically overdressed.
Man, I'm so late to this, but Difalia is a violent being. Quite evil considering she doesn't exactly have morals. She'll kill if she's mildly disturbed, and is almost always in a grumpy mood. The only times she'll tolerate anyone is when she knows that she needs them in order to survive.
She's willing to do genocide (more than happily) if a bunch of people start moving into her forest.
Long story short, she's selfish in her own survival, very much a lone wolf and lives in some dark forest excluded from society (which she doesn't care about)
Sorry that she isn't the most chaotic/stylish character, but definitely evil. One of my favourite characters that I need art of.
Abel fits the bill so perfectly holy shit
He's charming, he's well dressed, he has that 13 step skincare routine
And he also regularly tortures and kills people for The Moon. The Moon doesn't even ask him to torture them he just does that for fun. His demeanor is calm, charismatic and polite but he is actually unhinged he is FUCKED UP but if you find that out firsthand it means he's already got you and will kill you within the next 6-8 hours so. Yea.
Mans just kinda does whatever he wants. The Moon strictly forbid him from killing random people but seeing as he is a very creative and inventive man who is very unfortunately also extremely proficient in the use of magic he'll find some sort of loophole to fuck a person over if he feels the urge to get back at them. He kind of doesn't have to follow anyone's orders (except for The Moon, but even then they give him a lot of liberty).
And he definitely takes a lot of care with his appearance. He dresses elegantly, particularly likes wearing suits and turtlenecks. He also keeps all his clothes neatly sorted and tagged by color, so he always knows what to wear :)
This man! This man loves dressing up, even during battles. He always believes he needs to look his best.
Chaotic evil and stylish dark lord, though more alternative or gothic style than dapper or suits, but i still find it stylish.
What makes him evil is he kills and destroy he wanted to destroy, steal things, and desire to create a new world by destroying the "old ones" that remain as he walks.
