It's taken a couple of years and a lot of money to build up my collection, sometimes costing as much as $300 for a single character

I first saw this girl when I had only just gotten into adopts. I instantly fell in love and drooled over her for months. I thought I would never be able to have her but she was up for resell and I was lucky enough to stumble across it. I think I put her ufs out of desperation once but I am never going to part with her now. ;u;

Oh man, I had to jump through hoops to get this stinky man but gosh dang it was worth it. I haven't drawn him in a while but liKE he was a love at first sight OC

short story short: food-based adopts, artist posted food imgs as previews, mint choc called to me (total coincidence, i was drinking mint choc drink at the time)

This girl! I still need to do something with her, but I've loved her design for YEARS- she had been sold years ago and I had just resigned myself to admiring from afar. Imagine my surprise when, by complete chance, I found her original buyer selling her a few years after she was bought! I jumped on the chance and she's been with me ever since <3

Also got Soul straight out of the gate as a gift to myself for my birthday. I had always wanted a droxiger and they were put up for auction the day after my birthday! It was like kismet c:

This baby boy. Lost the auction buying him the first time he went for sale. Almost a Year later the owner messaged me saying that I could buy him off of them for the price the auction went for. Heart practically stopped. So happy. 

I have a few! Nitro here was a character I saw when he was first posted on deviantART. I was broke af at the time and there was no way I'd have been able to get him. Sure enough, he was taken ;u; But then I saw him in a resale on here and almost died of happiness! Of course I snatched him up hehe <3 I haven't done much with him yet, just some traditional sketches, but I hope to have the time to do more with him soon.

I also consider my MYO driftling, Caspian, and my candybite, Berry, to be dreamies <3 I actually purchased a candybite custom at the time that they were super popular, but the artist never finished it and I was really bummed. So when I won lil' Berry in an event, I was understandably thrilled! And as for Caspian, I had been in love with the Driftling species for awhile but never came across one that I liked that I could afford. So when the free MYO event was announced I was over the moon! I now also have one other Driftling, Pim, who was a love-at-first sight, so I guess in a way he was a dream character. I'm so happy I was able to get him!

I'm gonna go ahead and toss Sidney in here as well, because I had been an avid fan of Kemikel for a long time and had always wanted one of their designs. I was so happy when I got him! Most of his art that I drew is super old and ugly though so I never posted it ;A;
