Alan and Erin are both near-sighted, so they wear glasses. 

Axel and Darren also have problems with their... well, eyes (as in one each) but it's more extreme for them since they were literally ripped out, permanently rendering them blind in that side. (At least the eye they both have left works fine so... that's good, I guess?)

Laura is both deaf and mute, and has to use sign language to 'talk' (either that or carry around a notebook at all times to write stuff down)

Carlos is partially blind and deaf, and was born with an under-developed back leg so he has a bad limp

Mizu was born completely blind and has never been able to see

Odin has both one eye and a cleft lip. <3

Euryale has a prosthetic arm! I've also been writing her as having hypermobile EDS, it wasn't my original intention but I have it and so she ended up with it too. 

Ciovef is missing an eye.

Vreeza is slightly hard of hearing, and it's likely to get worse as they get older. They drive around an airboat all the time with no ear protection.

He eats througha  feeding tube and overall can't really walk. He's a smart lad tho

radie lost her left leg below the knee so she wears a prosthetic

Sam lost his arm some years ago

I have Grim, Clair who r basically blind

idk if this counts but hwa and kai both have a pretty bad stutter, sometimes they go nonverbal if they're feeling really insecure or overwhelmed.

pasha is missing an eye and is extremely farsighted^{can't see for SHIT in front of him lmao} in his remaining one, so he wears glasses.

eden is blind and has acid/burn scars on his face and upper body

hatter's also blind and missing his eyes!

ryuu was born blind~~

and the scarecrow has an unnamed (fictional) disease similar to lupus, some days it can't really move much. affects its joints most of the time.

Aaravos has dwarfism, he also has a bit of nerve damage due to his former packmates attacking him.

Unnamed has a limp in his left back leg due to his mother attacking him and scaring him.

Morana- she has a weak body frame and walks with a limp which can be seen in her older ref

Neneko is mute. she physically can not talk.

Tsuki is blind

She deaf. I'm always toggling between whether she has implants or not (I do)

Crimson lost his eyes as a teen, so he's completely blind.

Aytaç was born blind in both eyes

Chronic illnesses / conditions

Choipak has missing fingers, toes and nose as a result of an unknown magical illness and frostbite. 

Dawid and Clementine are both diabetic and intolerant to gluten. 

Joy's immune system is very weak and they're often affected with diseases because of it. They are mostly bedridden due to having an ingrown tail from birth that makes movement excruciatingly painful and exhausting. 

Mobility / limb stuff

Džiugas' essential tremors in his hands get progressively more intense over time

Svajūnas' left forearm was amputated after an accident at home. 

Teodor is paraplegic as a result of breaking his spine in his mid-20s. 

Arkady's fingers are less sensitive to touch than usual and their hands go painfully numb sometimes. They used to have wings growing out of their forearms that were cut off, and the remnants of bone and tissue occasionally press on the nerves. 

Cyphus is blind in their left eye and their legs are getting progressively weaker, hence they struggle to walk without their protective/mobility aid boots. 

Tsehai occasionally struggles with balance due to only having one wing. The arm on the side of the missing wing has less accurate hand-eye coordination.

Tina has horrible sight, on the cusp of the point of being considered legally blind. She also is H-O-H. She uses extremely strong glasses and hearing aids to aid in everyday life as a Pokemon trainer, also using ASL.
