I was reading last night/earlier today about American/British accents and thought about how interesting they were, so show me characters that have some sort of distinct accent or dialect! Doesn't matter from where.
This thread isn't to make fun of anyone or perpetuate stereotypes, btw, but just to discuss. :>
Velkan has a noticeable Norwegian accent, but it tends to get toned down when he sings.
Griffin has an extremely noticeable British accent, a pretty standard one but the guy who is his voice claim is from Brighton.
Dahlia has a fairly(?) noticeable German accent, I think.
Josiah has an extremely noticeable New York accent. Similarly, Rory has a much less noticeable New York accent but it is there but it's definitely there.
Kazimir has a French accent, it's not very heavy at all and has dulled down a lot over the years.
Cynric definitely has some form of accent but I need to do more research into English accent variants and pirates and such. They are definitely European, but they might not end up being English.
