NOTICE: I've been hearing that some people have been giving extremely low effort responses to people in the thread. I want to say that this is not okay, and if you're going to make a post, at least put some effort into it.
From now on, you'll have to have at two sentences in your response. I do not tolerate having low-effort responses in an attempt to just get a reply. Would you like it if somebody gave you a low-effort, two word response? No.
If you repeatedly break this rule, punishment will be put in place. This is NOT acceptable.
UPDATE: A little thing to know! If 24 hours without a response have passed, then you may respond to your own character with another character of yours. Just a heads up.
UPDATE 2: I saw somebody do it and that inspired me! You can reply to the character above you by editing your post, if you want!
Pretty self explanatory. You post IC, and your OC says what they think about the character above them. Then the character below them says what they think of the other character. For example...
P1 starts off with, for example, Yume. And then it basically goes like this.
P2 (Posting IC as Isamu): A bit too energetic for my tastes...
P3 (Posting IC as Marina): Just another self-righteous, smart alec prick!
You get the idea, right?

Edit probably nobody would see: Wow... When I made this a year ago, I never expected it to blow up like it did. This is just insane... I made one of the most popular forum games (I think), and I didn't even realize how big it would grow when I made it. It was my first one, too! Thanks, all!

"Talking is troublesome sometimes." says a voice in Zachary's head. It's not often when Alice meets someone willing to speak mentally rather than verbally! It's comfortable, even though sometimes he forgets in which way he's speaking- and ends up saying some things out loud. But that's only a problem for an outsider.
The simultaneously good and bad thing about his abilities is that he can't really know a person just by reading their thoughts, and he's an awful judge of character, but the guy before him is intriguing. "But... Ahh, that is going to be a problem... I mean- I'm not like that anymore, I've learned. I think. That reminds me of... No, wait, does it remind me of something?" among his disordered thoughts he pauses, almost if it were TV static, losing his train of thought.
"There's something special about you. Does it trouble you? Is that what troubles you?" he asks and says as if it weren't obvious. But it really isn't, at least not for him. "If you're comfortable with this, you should be comfortable with telling me, right? I want to know." Does he want to know? Maybe because there's something he feels is missing about everything and it feels odd, like an emptiness in his stomach. "I've met people who didn't want me to know before, but... Hopefully it's not the case?"
Neoka squints somewhat as he eyes Selene. "I cannot get over how that flower crown is way higher resolution than everyone else here... Would it be weird if I shapeshifted into an obviously better rendered person? Am I allowed to do that? I don't think my artist would appreciate that..." He glances away for a moment and mumbles, "Wait, I shouldn't be talking about that, should I?" He clears his throat. "Uh, right, anyway... yeah, you're probably doing fine, or something. Cool hair, I guess. Keep up the great work or whatever you're doing. Don't give me that look like you're expecting something more meaningful out of me. You can set the bar as low as you want, but I'm just gonna keep limboing under it." He sighs. "You know what, never mind. Just forget I said anything."
"So you're some kind of elf? Or something like that? Oh, I probably shouldn't ask it like that, but you know what I mean. I guess that's neat--if things like monsters and fairies exist, why not elves?
But, um...I know how it feels to be a trouble magnet, too. It really is a pain. But honestly? I don't think you deserve it. You don't look like you're really doing anything wrong--you have been helping people, right? So, uh...I think you should keep doing you. There are worse people, I know that for sure."
"... Your story is uplifting somehow." she smiles faintly and kind. "That could've gone a lot worse." yeah, thousands of death scenarios come to mind, but Weslia doesn't want to discuss that. "I wonder if it works like that; if one magical creature shows how easy it is to get along with humans, then it's easier for the rest to follow through. I don't know, I haven't had many friends. I'm probably not the best reliable source." she says and it's a little sad but she doesn't frown. "But I appreciate that you... er... Exist? Hopefully as a good influence over other magical creatures." she scratches her cheek because Henri doesn't look that friendly anyway, and it's not like she wants to be friends either, not necessarily, she's not good at this.

"...That's actually creepy, and a bit depressing from ny view. I say, with a somewhat concerned look on my face." Despite his words, he doesn't seem so concerned judging by his expressions. "Friend, what kind of hallucinogen are you on? I know that happiness and smiles are good to see but, isn't it better to see smiles if they're genuine? What I mean is, you're more of the type that makes someone scream in fear rather than smile."
"A knight?" The princess sniffed, tilting her head ever so slightly. "Are you like the knights I used to have serving me in my old country? They were brave." She let her eyes travel over him, smiling. "You must be brave too."
"why would you ever want to make a pact with a demon just to become human? you little lady are one of the dumbest girls I've met so far.. and that says a lot" the merman shook his had with an amused smile on his lips. "giving up on a live as a princess just to become the puppet of media.. to each their own, not like I would care what kind of royal blood you have flowing through your body~"
"Huhu, I wonder if my system would be more like yours if I lived in the water." she's not one to feel superior from others, but the water is unknown for her and there's much more comfort in land. "I wouldn't say I support you, but you do you." she shrugs. "Humans should know better when they approach deep water."

"Huhuhu, that's a very sharp observation." a good one for a creature without eyes, she'd add, but it'd be almost too ironic. "It's the only way I can have a good meal without being punished, and I am sure to get it. I don't try to fool anyone, but if they think I'm some kind of salvation it's not my problem." she brushes it off and she genuinely doesn't care that much about it but she wouldn't know if she'd be like any other man eating monster out there... There is a certain comfort in her lifestyle.
"So. You're some kind of demon? Demon spawn? Whatever you are, it looks to me like you're just playing games with strangers, as some sort of reaper of souls. But you aren't, are you? You're just acting the part to justify your own actions. If you didn't have to, would you still be doing favors for those you kill? Have you fooled yourself entirely, that you're in it for anything other than a quick meal?" The... creature bared his teeth in what might be a smile. Maybe. "That's some nice hair you got."
