Also I really like his design and I'm a sucker for "flawed" characters so his eyepatch is what drew me in first~ Can't wait to learn why he's wearing it!
14/11 update - Rule update
From this point on, it's required that your post adheres to at least ONE (doesn't need to be all of them) of the following qualities
- You give at least three reasons or elements that made you fave the character
- You write at least three sentences explaining your choice
- You write a full paragraph that details why you enjoy the character
Note you are allowed to do more than these, but these are the minimum requirements.
If none of the above qualities are met, I'll issue a warning and a chance to edit your post to follow this new rule, and repeat offenders or people who won't edit their post to follow the rule will be banned from this game. This rule has been put in place to ensure everyone gets a response that is enjoyable to read. I'd also like to ask everyone to please read what the above person asks for, for example when giving a folder of characters to choose from or requesting to also read their profiles instead of just looking at the images.
Everybody loves getting favourites, so why not make a game where faves are guaranteed and people can compliment your OCs?

Please also follow these rules to make sure the game stays fun for everyone!
❖ Don't be rude, insult people's characters, or make inappropriate comments. "I like Jef because I didn't think it was possible to be so ugly" comments are not a good reason to fave and will result in an instant block from this and my other threads.
❖ Actually fave the character! Don't only say what you like. Remember that this is a fave game primarily!
❖ Try to go into detail with your explanation. "The way his dress compliments his skin tone works so well and the texture of his hair is too gorgeous" is more fun to receive than "I like his design"!

I faved Cirnelle! I'm a complete magpie so her sparkly design immediately caught my eye! I especially love her galaxy theming and soft blue and silver colour palette. I'm also really intrigued by how mysterious she is, it really suits her oracle/celestial being background!
faved Watson! What an interesting and unique concept!! They look like a really promising character <333 I haven't seen many A.I. Ocs so it makes them even more interesting ^^ Their design is very original too! It's pretty simple, but that's what i like about it the most! It has just the right amount of details and i absolutely adore it <3

I faved this girl! I really love the soft, pastel colors in her design, combined with the darker ones that are present. I also adore her long, fluffy tails, and the horn looks super pretty as well! Plus, she's wearing an eyepatch, and I dig eyepatches and other things related because it just looks super cool on characters who wear them. Lastly, her outfit is super pretty; I really love the bow on her head, and the shawl she wears is super cute!
So, I favourited Catherine quite a while back now, but I'm gonna give y'all reasons why.
First off, I'm always a sucker for jester-y hats. I love her hat and outfit as a whole really. Her colours and overall design give me the kirby/paper mario vibe, and I love that. It's inherently cute, but still gives the option of ~spooky things~ [ignore me lol]
Her original form is adorable too, but the devil's lollipop sounds interesting! I'd love to know more about her story really, so good luck with re-doing her profile and stuff <33
Aaa, I'm glad you like Kagome so much! I agree her design is great. I'm also super glad you like her profile haha. I put a lot of effort into my character profiles so I'm glad you got a good view into the kind of character she is !! <33
LadyTibby Okay, first time doing this so let's go! I really love Kagome Ono! Her reference picture is in a unique and really visually pleasing style; I'm always impressed by flat lineless art when it is done really effectively (like here). The asymmetry with her single bun is really fun as so is the limited color palette and her outfit is beautiful. I love the layering and sleeve cuffs ^^ The art that comes with her is absolutely gorgeous, so much emotion in a face that is supposed to be emotionless, it is impressive! The saturated red bg really works, which is something I usually would not go for. Highlighting is superb! As for her actual character, I really enjoy her duality as a killer on order and the fact that she checks the integrity of the situation. That can be a hard balance if killing is her job, but from the vibe I get from her, she can totally handle it. The color-blind aspect is also cool, fitting in with her own colors :3 Also, that last sentence of her bio "However, the most perceptive among us could perhaps see a glimpse of something - a faint, wavering vulnerability and gentleness." is so perfect, leaving the reader with that forboding bait to want to see her future story.
OrangeSocks Alright! I decided to go with Lorelei here. It's not at all a design or an aesthetic I would usually go for, but everything about her looks just works out!
First there's the combination of her bright pastel colours and hair that go together with what looks like a rather pouty demeanour, which is absolutely an A+++ combination in any character design. Just love me them people whose personality doesn't fit entirely within their body!
That also adds that the combination of her softer colours with her sharper features (eyes, ears) makes for a fun contrast. I also love how flowy her hair is, especially in combo with that hairstyle and the colour. Plus, I absolutely adore taller girls! I'd love to read more about her sometime soon <:
AAA thank you very much for your kind words! I like that earthy association you brought up, feels like I can work with that ;v; And yes! That name is one of my faves as well. He was named after a neighbour of mine, because Olivier just is one of 'em excellent names like that.
It's been a while since I've been here, it feels so good to be back! You have a lot of interesting and cool OCs, and it was pretty difficult to pick a favorite. In the end, I decided on Olivier!
First of all, I love his design and colors! He looks like a curious adventurer, especially with the backpack and the expressions he has in his art references! His lil' horns are also just adorable <3 As for colors, I especially like the green of his backpack going with the overall earthy color palette. The vibe I get from his colors and overall design is that of nature. I also relate a lot to autistic characters, as I am on the spectrum myself. I love his overall friendly personality, as well as his stubborn side; I am a sucker for stubborn characters, evidenced by the fact that I tend to make the majority of my characters stubborn as heck! I really like his name too; I actually thought it was spelled Oliver at first, but then I double-checked and saw the 'i' in between the 'v' and the 'e' and went, "ooo! That's neat!", because the name sounds cute to me and I really like it! :D
so the first thing i did when looking through your characters was pick whoever truly popped out and caught my eye via their thumbnail, and two of them certainly did that. Out of those two, Angu caught my attention the most. At first it was as simple as a love of his design, simple but unique. The horns that feel almost deer like but with an added few curves, the cute claw-shaped feet, it's a design that appeals to my taste for sure. His personality adds a unique and charming touch and has drawn me into being interested in the story.
I decided to go for Angelina! I absolutely love her warm colour palette, and both her human and feral designs are absolutely gorgeous! The flower in her hair is a super cute addition, and I just generally love the how the peach tea features were incorporated in her design!!
ah i havent watched bnha but i just like Tsubaki so much?!!! I absolutely adore her design! The colors look very nice together and i like those snakes, they are super cute <333 She is such a sweet cinnamon roll omg! I love how unaware of memes she is but how hard she tries to catch up with her classmates, that's just precious <333 Would really like to know more about her tbh! <3

i love the ambiguity of phitheta and her story. it makes me want to learn more about her, because you describe her as if she’s some sort of legend. also, her design is absolutely beautiful and the dial in her eye is an interesting touch. i also have a weakness to horns and silver hair lol
I favourited Philomena. She has such a wonderful design that meshes really well with her personality. I also enjoy that she isn't a strong flier and that her healing staff can double as a weapon. Dual function items are always really cool to see.
