You can ignore the ability the character has. For example let's take a character that can control time. But you think that fire would fit him better.

Dunno but im thinkiny about magical singing abilities, like sirenssongs and such! Maybe some soft light manipulation
Roswell would have earth bending-like abilities. Specifically, metal. so he could bring spike of metal out of the ground should there be enough metal in the ground.
due to his name, i'd guess probably a very photographic memory to the point where he can draw every brick, pore and strand of hair

I can see him like a Druid-type who can shapeeshift into animals

I know it's just a glass eye, but that eye looks like it could have some power, perhaps future sight? What better way to know the best way to proceed than seeing a bit in the future?
