F -- His parents are both still alive and together. He has a brother who's 8 years older named Igor. They were meant to serve in the submarine division of the same fleet until Fyodor went 'missing'. Even though now Fyodor is working in Monarch, he still follows his brother's career progress and learns his promotion to a commander of an attack nuclear submarine. Part of thr reasons why Fyodor accepted to work for Monatch is because he believes what he's doing will protect his brother and parents from Titans(kaijus) without them knowing.
Y -- I wanted to join a Godzilla/Monsterverse RP group, so I need to create a new OC on spot. Monarch is a fascinating organization in the story and I'm intrigued by the fact that there's an outpost to study a kaiju located in Russia but not at Lake Baikal. Also, being both a fan of Godzilla since the original Toho era and Rusdian Navy, I know Godzilla usually aims for nuclear submarine if it needs 'emergency food' so that works out well for his backstory.
O -- Growing up being a navy officer's son with expectations to follow father's footstep forbade him from enjoying several things as a kid. Among them was chewing gum, especially blowing bubble. His father deemed such thing as 'unbecoming for a military personnel', actively dissuading him from it. After he joined Monarch and lives in a more 'civilian' lifestyle, he started chewing gum to his heart's content and now it becomes a habit.
D -- He hopes the Titan his outpost in the Urals monitors will never wake up. Russia has several nuclear power plants throughout the country and the closest to his outpost is in Yekaterinburg, a city of a million people. This power plant is very likely the Titan's first target if it wakes up hungry and needs radiation for feeding.
O -- Is paranoid that his classmates from the naval academy now probably nickname him as 'THAT one who graduated only to get eaten by a wild bear in Urals' due to the setup Monarch used to make his fabricated 'death' believable.
R -- Checking VK for the news from various Russian Navy focused groups, there are lots of groups where veteran/former sailors share info about the fleet. Of course, he uses a fake name for the account, posing as a 'navy enthusiast' to join in. He also has access to other sources to get update on military exercise and such.
S -- He used to be in a kind of competitive rivalry with his older brother. With his disappearance, he wonders how it affected him. Their relationship just thrived in a weird way, constantly hissing at one's another but never been in an actual bad blood.
I -- Slightly above average, graduating from a military academy means he has to study hard to understand stategies and how armaments and components in submarines work. Although after entering the realm he never knew existed through contact with Monarch, he couldn't help but feeling like a fool in recent years.
D -- If he never came across Monarch's activities in the Urals, he probably settled with the life as a navy officer. In that case, he would aim to become a commander of some more 'higher ranked' type of submarines like SSBNs. Also by now he'd become a father himself so raising his own family would be his other desire - especially he'd want to have a daughter.
O -- In a way his presence at this Monarch's outpost is similar to a hostage. He can't leave, but the organization doesn't want to harm him either. His futute is pretty uncertain.
R -- He tends to drift back and forth between working inside Monarch's inner lab part of the outpost and walking outside to chat with the security personnel, which make up from both Russians and other nationalities. His position is somewhat unplanned, being hastily added to throw at him as part of the deal. As the said the security detail included Russians, they were the ones to realize his connection with the navy, particularly his father who's a vice-admiral, thus reluctant to take action on him. Unless there's an emergency or a plan required which needed to work around Russia's military details, he doesn't exactly have a steady workload.
E -- Basically, in Monarch he's kind of a weapon expert/military consulter - assists Monarch with planning in case of emergency with Titans. He has an extended knowledge of military base locations and the types/rough estimation of number of armaments deployed by Russian Armed Forces (i.e. which base has mobile nuclear warhead missiles) so he helps them decide which place to put priority on evacuating civilians. Since he was meant to serve in the navy, he knows deeper data regarding facilities related to the navy's activities, down to where the decommissioned reactors from retired subs are kept.
N -- Let his older brother faces a danger from Titans if it could be averted. He'll try frantically to contact his brother's submarine in case of a danger, even if it means he must break the agreement Monarch and reveal his identity.
K -- ((Not telling since this thread isn't marked as 18+ :p))
O -- He begins to take up a hobby of collecting pretty rocks/geodes/minerals only after 'moving in' to Monarch. After all, the Urals area is pretty famous for numerous minerals and precious stones like Malachite.
