how about 2, 21, and 8?

2. Their emotional/moral weak spots
Seiji HATES being told he's useless and that he's not good enough, although no one actually calls him that, he just hates the thought of someone calling him that. Mainly stemming from his workaholic lifestyle, he really wants his efforts to be known and appreciated because if they're not, what is he working for? On the flip side, being told "good job" really makes him happy and it actually motivates him to work harder next time. Another weak spot that I can think about is his love for Joanne. When someone brings it up, depending on the context, he can either get really defensive or really agitated. He defends Joanne no matter what, and praises her at any moment he can.
12. Grudges and vendettas
As much as I kinda write him as kinda oblivious to what Joanne does, he does know. And he silently gets angry or upset when Joanne comes home particularly late or the morning after. Other than Joanne, he holds a grudge against his parents for being so hands-on with his childhood, for being so strict with him, and not really allowing him any free time to hang out with friends or just relax. He was always head-in-the-books, which made him smart, but it's hard for him to think his parents were a little bit too strict.
16. Dark secrets/’skeletons in the closet’
I haven't actually come up with/written anything that really counts as a "dark secret" for him yet, and at the same time, I don't really know what I SHOULD write for a "dark secret." I never really thought about it before.
18. Things they’ll never admit
That he's as dense as a black hole? Seriously, people that are dense don't really notice that they're dense, including Seiji (and myself LOL). Like, even if you told him something directly to his face, he'll respond along the lines of, "Nahh, no way!" He just doesn't notice it, and I guess in some way, this hurts him too.
