(2) What are his moral / emotional weak spots?

Celestio is a perfectionist, and a control freak. He always feels the need to do things exactly right, or else not do them at all. He is very easily distressed and flustered when he feels like he's losing control of a situation, such as when something unexpected happens that he wasn't able to prepare for beforehand. He especially hates the idea of himself being controlled or manipulated by someone else.

(7) What are his tickle spots...?

What a weird question... Definitely not something I've thought about. I'd say Celestio is actually really ticklish, the sort who feels tickled even when you haven't even touched him yet. Aside from the obvious tickle spots, he's got some really weird ones too, like on the upper arms or the small of the back!

(13) What gets him flustered?

Like in by answer to (2), Celestio is easily flustered when he's in a situation he feels like he's losing control of. For example, if something he meticulously planned with several back-up plans is rapidly going downhill despite his preparation. In addition to that, he'll be flustered when someone flirts with him or makes inappropriate jokes. He just hasn't really encountered a lot of that kind of talk in his life, and doesn't know how to respond to it.

(17) What are his regrets?

He feels like he has spent too much time and effort worrying about what other people think of him. He grew up being really self conscious, and always trying to control how he presented himself so that people would perceive him in a certain way. Now, he's kind of realized that the opinions of some people shouldn't really matter, especially when they're people you don't even like or care about.

(22) Who are the people who have influenced him greatly?

First and foremost is probably his Creator, Theodor. He is probably the one person Celestio looks up to the most. Theodor is not only his Creator, but also his Mentor. He got from Theodor his thirst for knowledge, his desire for greatness, and of course his ultimate purpose. He doesn't love Theodor as one might love a parent, but he deeply admires him, and hopes bring honor to his Legacy.

The second would probably be Lady Elena, Theodor's mother and the woman who raised him. She's a terrifying woman-- quick-witted, sharp-tongued, and often ruthless. Celestio does not think fondly of Elena, but he did learn a lot from her. He learned the arts of deception and subterfuge. He learned diligence, prudence, and responsibility from her. Of course, he picked up a lot of negative things from her as well-- misanthropy, distrust, and perfectionism.

- One of the bad memories that Alex experienced was the one where he was experimented as a kid. He was chained and locked up in a room with no bed or furniture.

- I think one of Alex's bad habits is not getting enough sleep due to his royal duties. While his petty habits is purposely giving people a hard time with their tasks, knowing that they'll have a hard time with it.

- Alex holds a grudge against those scientists who experimented on him.

A: He had alcohol dependency (mostly due to used to having some alcohol-based sweets/treats) in the past but has been mostly sober for about 3 years

A: He'd never admit that he moved to live on Earth due to his massive obsession with video games and to travel the world. He told his family that he moved there for a better job or something.

A: Every character in both Lobotomy Corporation and Library of Ruina. Especially Xiao (Iron Lotus go brrrrrrrrr)

Regrets
His biggest regret is "allowing" Paris to fall; he couldn't make it to the city fast enough when a large Horror attacked it, and nearly everyone in the city died as a result.

Things they’ll never admit
He's actually a huge sucker for physical affection, especially stuff like being pet or getting scritches (he very much enjoys headpats, and between the horns on the top of his head or behind his goat ears are the best spots for scritches).

People they’ve hurt or indirectly killed, and how it affected them
There are probably many humans he's killed whether on purpose or accidentally that he didn't really think about, seeing as before he met Skippy and created the Anarchy Navy he didn't see humans as sentient beings at all. He's slowly coming to realise that humans are in fact actual sentient living beings like him, and he tries to be careful around them, but if a human he doesn't know or isn't at all acquainted with dies/is killed, like say during a battle with a Horror (he will usually come out of his human body for these, and due to being unable to comprehend his true form any humans who look at or hear him will die), it really doesn't affect him that much. He might feel a little bad, but it's just a human; it's a bit like if you were to accidentally step on an ant while walking down the street or something like that.

Their physical weak spots
In his human body he can't really be harmed (you'd just be further damaging an already tattered corpse at that point), but in his true form you can do a lot of damage to him if you manage to destroy any of his eyes. But it would take someone a lot of power, like another primordial, to actually hurt him.

Grudges and vendettas
He got pretty pissed off with the prime minister of France for completely ignoring the attack on Paris and leaving the few survivors to fend for themselves; she's not alive anymore, he made sure of that. Other than that, he's constantly at odds with his younger brother Time, who 1) refuses to respect his identity and current name, constantly deadnaming him by calling him Void and using the wrong pronouns for him, and 2) is extremely displeased with him going out of his way to help humans fight against the Horrors, and is constantly trying to force Clef to stop and let the humans deal with their own issues.

Despite his apperance and how he will act towards others, Mottoshi is incredibly sensitive. He just blocks it out with a bunch of bullcrap and avoids people’s questions. He was always raised to live up to great expectations. Even today, he is known as one of the best bounty hunters and is a very well known fallen angel. Disappointing others is this man’s greatest greatest fear. Even just suggesting he isn’t living up to his name absolutely kills him.

12. Grudges and vendettas

He was framed by his god for mass murder of his people and his boyfriend. As much as Mottoshi wants to murder his good or hold any type of grudge against him, he just can’t. His god was a figure with so much authority that Mottoshi will always see himself below of. However, a more light hearted grudge to lighten the mood (and probably the only one he has ngl LMAOO) is his grudge against Nova and I think it’s absolutely hilarious. Before Mottoshi dated Lopko (soon to be boyfriend, which then became his husband, and then died) the only person Lopko really had any sort of history with was Nova. Other than that Lopko’s never really been in a relationship that lasts longer than a couple weeks or months. Nova and Lopko dated for about 3 years so not that long. One day, Nova broke up with him since he just didn’t feel anything for Lopko and wanted to go date some girl to which Lopko 100% agreed and they just continued being friends. Mottoshi met Nova like a bit after he met Lopko and really started bonding with him. Mottoshi is very overprotective since he never really had a friend before or anyone and didn’t want to lose Lopko since he really is a great guy. Nova was so quiet but opened up when Lopko started talking to him and Mottoshi decided right there and then like “oh hell nah, get out bro i dont like you fr fr”. Plus Mottoshi thinks Nova looks shady and is plotting something (Nova just doesn’t like Mottoshi either) so Mottoshi will always hold this grudge against him. Why? Who knows.. I doubt he could give you a valid answer himself. 

14. Ingrained habits/force of habit

Literally straight up leaving when he doesn’t like the event he is at or the people he is around. He would rather just have peace than stand there and argue or be uncomfortable and make others feel awkward. Also drinking, this man is a huge drinker. He’s gotten better about it over the years since he’s just been through so much he knows no amount of liquor will fix it. Now he only does it when something literally terrible happens. It’s his way of freeing himself for a little even though he’s smart enough to know it isn’t good for him and doesn’t actually help with his real life problems. 

22. People who’ve influenced them greatly

Despite being an awful guy, Mottoshi was always influenced by his god. He wants to do well for those around him, especially if they are of higher class than them. However, you will never catch Mottoshi acting like that dude. His god is his role model of what not to be like. I think Lopko changed him a lot. Mottoshi was very awkward and didn’t really stand up for himself before he met him. But afterwards, he was still awkward but he really stood his ground more. He learned he could be this way and be more expressive and that doesn’t make him a terrible person. God bless Lopko rn dude. 

I think another honorable mention is Aaron. Mottoshi didn’t meet Aaron until really later on and he became a guardian angel. Aaron is a demon that was stripped of his magical powers that could cause any harm since his parents were some of the strongest so it was assumed Aaron would be a threat. Aaron’s actually a great guy and became a medical demon which is ironic because of how powerful he is. Speaking of his power, Aaron is maxed out in agility and hand to hand combat to make up for his lack of magic. Aaron always looked up to Mottoshi since Mottoshi is known as one of the toughest bounty hunters in all of Hell and on top of that, Mottoshi is a fallen angel which aren’t typically very strong. Mottoshi knew deep down that he wasn’t the person that Aaron thinks he is and tries to explain it to him. Aaron reminds Mottoshi of his younger self in his angel years too. He is targeted without reason but still tries his very best to live up to what he is believed to be. Mottoshi holds Aaron very close to him wanting to protect him and see the truth so he doesn’t end up like Mottoshi. Also Aaron is another HUGE drinker like a LOT more than Mottoshi and this really influences Mottoshi to be like “shit. maybe drinking a lot is bad.”
