Lawful evil, he seems to be a bit of a more morally questionable character but he has his limits, I don’t really think he would do something terrible without having a good reason to do so. Perhaps maybe even lawful neutral could fit him, it’s hard to say since a lot of his behavior is a pretty gray area. He’s not “evil” evil per say but he’s no angel either. Hopefully that makes sense?

either lawful or neutral good! good is so obvious he's super kind and sweet, nothing really sticks out to me for lawful/chaotic but his vibe seems more lawful

I'd say neutral evil. He seems to keep to himself, but his murderous tendencies definitely put him there.
