I've yet to see one of these, so I figured I'd do one myself! It basically follows the same concept as most forum games, but instead of a song for the character above you a movie or show.
Rules
1. You can post frequently, but don't spam and make sure to leave room for other people to put their OCs before replying.
2. I will be participating in this bc I think it'll be fun, but seeing as I only have one active OC if I reply to someone skip me and reply to the person I replied to anyway. If you'd like to be skipped as well just put at the end of the comment (skip me) so people know to.
3. Edit your original post with the character. Do not make a new post just for that.
4. Don't be rude or judge someone's taste in movies.
5. Don't name really inappropriate/sexual movies/shows regardless of how mature/old the character is. Rated R movies are allowed, but only if they're rated for reasons like horror or something, not purely sexual reasons (as it could upset the owner if they think you're viewing their OC in a sexual way if they aren't intended that way). For OCs under 17 years old rated R isn't allowed.
6. Have fun and be nice!

I'm not too sure why, but he seems like the kind of guy to really enjoy Full House. He is either pumped or really irritated that Fuller House is out based on what his predictions were.
He reminds me of something from Supernatural! A demon manager? I could totally see him managing the demands and things in Supernatural.
