Your OC is forced to marry the OC above!

Posted 6 years, 4 months ago (Edited 5 years, 7 months ago) by colorful

EDIT: PLEASE ONLY BUMP THE THREAD EVERY 2 HOURS PER PERSON! Also, refrain from posting characters under 18!

I've thought of this weird idea after listening to some love songs and even wedding songs. This is probably the forum game we never needed, but I'll still post it for the heck of some giggles. So, how the heck does this work?

This is like Persona Q's Group Date Cafe dungeon, except it's completely random.

As you entered the place you were supposed to enter, you encounter something else. You are surrounded by sculptures of angels and adornments of white ribbons and bows with roses at the middle. The warm sunshine pierced through the colorful stained glass, emitting kaleidoscopic reflections. As you look up, you see the sacred illustrations at the ceiling.

You're confused. Tried to move, you noticed something off... Your clothes... Instead of what you last wore, your clothes changed to that of a bride/groom's due to some unknown phenomena. As you look straight to the altar, someone is waiting for you.

In short, you're getting married prior your notice.

Now I've explain what the heck's going on, let's proceed with the rules:

  • Your character must be above 18 years old.
  • Unless 24 hours have passed, you can only post every after 3 posts.
  • Please have at least 3 sentences in your reply. Although this is a crack roleplay thread, please be literate and legible with your replies.
  • Claim a post when you have a rad idea for a reply.
  • Please tell if you want your OC's sexuality to be respected. Though since this is a crack thread, I don't really mind for myself, surprise me.
  • Please, make your bio readable to logged in users, at least. If you were to post a locked character, you will be skipped without your notice.
  • Remember, this is just a crack thread and this is an AU, and this will never be canon. OCs who are taken can also take part, if you don't mind the cursed NTR.
  • Though if you really want to marry the OC above you, might as well ask the user about it before actually marrying them.
  • Rules can be changed anytime.

How does this work?

It's hard to explain it with words and I can't type as much since my back hurts, but let's do it like this. Don't imitate my examples, though.

  • 1st guy
  • 2nd guy: "Y-You've got to be kidding me. There's no way I'll marry someone as sacrilegious as you! In fact, I am already married! Well why would you...?!"
  • 3rd guy: "W-Why am I marrying this guy?! I mean, we're both guys and I only like pretty girls! He reeks, too!"
  • and so on...
The Puppeteer TheTwistedReality

Tears welled up in The Puppeteer's eyes, he'd always knew this day would come. The time when a lovely lady would appreciate him for the attractive specimen he was. Until death do us part he thought in a daze, the saying brought the immortal man a burning satisfaction. Funnily enough, he'd never even met his bride to be. Somehow they were to be married, though The Puppeteer was never one to question his circumstances. His massive, crooked smile was practically forced into place by the thought of her... his Stacey. She was a bit of a tiny thing, considering The Puppeteer's dazzling height of 17'9. As the thought came to his mind, a new thought arose to counter it: she'll love every inch of me! Surely she'd make a nice puppet, Jester looked like he needed a sit down anyhow. He imagined what she must have been thinking in that moment, being prepared for the ceremony. I'm not worthy of him, I hope he could love a poor little thing like me. He didn't even know her and he already felt pity for her, she was the luckiest person in the world. What if she felt guilty for it? All these thoughts broiled in his exposed brain as he awaited his love, watching from the end of the aisle.

"Poor Stacey" Garrett muttered to himself from his seat. The stench of the rotting man was growing too horrid for him to bear.

"I don't envy the girl." Tresn said with a hint of glee. Though he hated seeing the stupid creature happy, the thought of it getting married in the first place was wonderfully ridiculous to Tresn. The Puppeteer's bride would surely be sick just by the sight of him.

The Puppeteer's massive pupils grew wide as the curtains that lay before the aisle drew open, his eyes fixed on Stacey. Her stomach twisted the moment she laid eyes on him.

((IM SORRY I HAD TO DO STACEY LIKE THIS-- AS SOON AS I SAW MARRIAGE I THOUGHT "OKAY I NEED TO MAKE MY MOST REPULSIVE CHARACTER GET MARRIED" I HAD A BLAST WRITING THIS AT LEAST)))

 Jacques Feliii

Hah - me? Married?” He exclaimed as he slightly hid his face with his hand, a bit shy at that idea, before quickly warming up. “You’re cute enough, lad, as long as your kind to me we could... possibly make this work. You take care of me, I take care of you, yknow?” He was very nervous at this idea, and slightly saddened, he always wanted to know his significant other for a long time before marriage, but he supposed life doesn’t always go your way.

“What say you we go at least get to know each other better right away, would be a lot more comfortable!” He grinned and cautiously put his hand on the others shoulder, “if it’s going to be until death do us part, I’d love to love the person I’m going along with.” And with a warmer smile, he tried to hope for the best.

(Edit - Jacques is immortal but in human terms would probably be around 20-23)

Judas Latin

Judas eyed the male down, skeptical of whom he was expected to wed. “This is it?” He complained, inching towards the male and patting his head, his white hair soft to the touch. Though unsure about it, what was there to lose? “Err.. I guess this will have to do.” He huffed, not completely rejecting Jacques.

Cordelia Peppercorn

She stares at him for a moment before clicking her tongue. "A demon, of course they would force a witch to wed a demon." Her heels click as she walks around him. He wasn't bad looking.

But she didn't like to be forced into anything. Not even marriage with an attractive man. "Look, I will think of something to get us out of this. I have been told I have a sly tongue, so I'm sure I can think of something." Cordelia sits down, in her way too puffy wedding dress, looking more like a goth bride than a cunning witch. "They could have at least gotten me a dress that matched my looks. I look like a girl playing dress up."

"And daises for flowers. What do I look like...six." She grumbles a little more before calming down to think of a way out of this.

Kandy Rorichi

"Oh fuck! Like hell I'm gonna marry someone I'm seeing for the first time!" Kandy yelled angrily. One moment she is eating her fave pizza while enjoying some dumb tv show for even dumber teenagers and the other she has to marry...um who was the person she were to marry again? Oh, that witch?! They could've at least chosen someone less...grey and more masculine for her! "Look, hun. We both don't wanna be here, sooo let's just go our own ways and forget that ever happened, 'kay~?!"

Sean muichiro

This wasn't his first time running into a girl who didn't appear like the average women upon earth. The last one had horns and delicate, pink skin, whilst this had one had animal ears, a button nose. To say she was ugly would be a lie, as her features were appealing, oddly enough. She was like a makeup artist had indulged into their fantasies and embraced the life of new age fashion with a touch of fur.

If it were an average day, he might sit down with her, learn more about who she was, then likely suggest a graveyard for a future meeting. But, by whatever means, this was no ordinary day, and according to the priest standing not too far off with a demanding expression adorned on his face; this very girl was to be his wife.

Marriage was never a future he looked into. Even at a young age, he knew he would grow up alone, unwanted. He accepted early on that the promise of a wedding and retirement with someone he loved just wasn't a chapter written in his book. How could anyone really love someone who wasn't an entire someone at all?  How could he love anyone when he wasn't sure at all what that feeling even was?

There's a playful laugh that flees from his lungs. He looks to her face, then slightly lower. "If I knew we were getting married today, I would've brought a ring." Maybe the tension could be broken, passed into a joke. "Care to go to Vegas? Getting married there is common, I think. We can say we at least did it once and have a good time while we're there."

Ichiro Latin

ah.. to think this day would ever come for ichiro of all people.. he wasn’t sure what had occurred but now he was engaged and ready to be wed? And to who exactly? A stranger whom he’d never even seen before, “I.. I can’t do this,” he muttered to himself, clenching his hands into fist. He could never marry someone he didn’t love! That wasn’t possible! Not to mention that he only ever loved one person.

He stood in silence before the man he was expected to wed, sighing, “I suppose we have no choice here..” he mumbled, “i wish we would’ve at least had time to know each other a bit beforehand,”

Clow Enn T'Arr kabuto

"This is some weird mistake, right? Like, this isn't really happening, is it?" Clow was already freaking out- getting married off to a stranger, a guy no less! "Look, I'm not into 99 percent of guys, nor do I particularly like the idea of monogamy..." He looked off to the ground, avoiding looking at the kitsune's eyes. "I'm practically the world's worst candidate for marriage."

Clow knew he didn't really have a choice here though. Hopefully Clow can get some sort of alimony payment out of Ichiro after this was all said and done.

 Benny Gomji

Benny couldn't hold in his laughter as he was faced with the horrified man before him. "Must be quite the nightmare for a womanizer like you, isn't it?" Rather than being concerned about being forced into the marriage himself, Benny seemed to enjoy the uneasiness in Clow's eyes and his overall demeanor. How did they get into this situation in the first place? Perhaps it was karma? The two didn't exactly have a clean record, but Clow seemed to be a more decent individual than the other. Still, that didn't mean they deserved this.

"Don't worry, I don't want to get married to you either. Besides, I haven't got the time for commitment," He turned around, a sarcastic look of sympathy on his face. "I find them useless." Benny patted the half-orc on the shoulder coldly before turning around to leave.

"Not happy?" He questioned, sounding very lax. "Now why would you assume that? Being with a lovely girl is the last thing that would make me feel negative." Benny's eyes were focused on Ellie's now, in a way that made him appear amused. The damsel had a pure aura about her, one similar to that of a child. It was as if she was sealed and hidden away from the rest of the world; that probably explained the series of questions and the curiosity that practically shone in her eyes.

"One question at a time, love." He now shifted his gaze to their surroundings. It certainly was strange how the two were literally left alone in the dark like this. Was it some kind of a trap? It felt as if the whole 'marriage' was a facade to veil something much darker. After the brief observation, he turned his direction back towards Ellie, who still appeared curious as she shot him with more questions. At the mention of 'weird aura', he laughed, maybe a little too menacingly. "Human? Of course I am. Perhaps it's the leather jacket?" He jokingly suggested. "Nevermind that, love. I'm sure at this point we're both aware that this marriage is a load of rubbish. We should get out of here, no?"

Ellie FairySugar

Ellie wasnt quite sure how she got into this situation. One moment she was in her secluded little garden and the next she was rushed away in the quiet of night told she was to marry someone she had never met before. Ellie glanced up at the man next to her who seemed extemely uneager to be here. She wondered vaugly how he had gotten pulled into this mess with her and why if he was so annoyed he did not just leave? Perhaps something was holding him there? She hummed to herself finger to her lips in curiosity as she looked around perhaps looking for some kind of sign to answer her question.

Standing next to the man she should have had a great sense of danger and/or fear, but she didn't really.  Not like she probably should anyway her self preservation having burned away before she even knew she had it. She looked up at him an innocent curiosity in her violet eyes. "You dont look very happy to be here." She said bluntly glancing around once more. "Im surprised there is no one here to guard us. Espically when they went through all the trouble of kidnapping us to marry. Perhaps Cupid is taking a new approach." She mused quietly head tilting "Well moving on You seem like a stong person. Why are you here? Im suprised your still here to be honest you dont look very pleased to be so is there something preventing you from leaving? I feel nothing in particular but perhaps it only affects whatever you are. Oh that was rude of me. Perhaps your simply human I assumed with the aura of yours you are something else but perhaps you are simply a person who gives off weird aura." She chattered not minding whether he answered or ignored her. She had a habit of chattering when she was confused or curious even to herself it just so happens that this poor man was in the vicinity.

Caelestis Solaestial

(FairySugar pinging since it's been a bit)

Marriage was a concept that Caelestis enjoyed thinking about, but found little place for in his life. It was a romantic thing, and he liked the thought of forming such a bond with those he loved, but found it to place too much emphasis on choosing a single person. These conflicted feelings didn't exactly help the situation he currently found himself in, very much so out of nowhere. From the wedding attire he was donned in—thankfully something that suited his tastes at least, and not quite of the groom variety—the wedding decorations surrounding him, and the young lady standing next to him who seemed even more puzzled than himself, there wasn't much room to question what this was about. Only, he had no clue why it was happening to begin with. It was one thing already to be forced to marry someone out of nowhere, but to also be paired with a woman? ...It was odd, to say the least, and fate did not appear to be on his side.

Looking towards Ellie, he felt guilt more than anything, however. She was beautiful, and even from a mere look, it was clear how kind and pleasant a person she likely was. Although, she seemed more akin to an innocent princess in a fairly tale than someone ready to be wed. Perhaps another would have eagerly embraced this opportunity, but his own interests simply did not align. "I don't suppose you have any clue as to how we could have arrived here?" He asked with an awkward chuckle. "I am certainly none the wiser, unfortunately. And I must admit, as lovely as you are, I'm... not sure a marriage would work out well between us, let alone on such short notice." Very short notice, indeed.

Oh, he hoped he wouldn't have to go through with this. She undoubtedly deserved better than someone who felt nothing towards her, and he himself was very unenthusiastic about the mere idea regardless. With how dazzling Ellie appeared in the wedding dress, her long blonde hair complementing the white attire perfectly, he could only wonder what sort of flaws the force that had matched them together must have possessed, for it likely would not be difficult to find someone far more suitable than himself. Or perhaps it was a more mischievous sort of matchmaker, and a suitable match was not the intention at all. Truthfully, that seemed more plausible than not. "Oh, but it is a beautiful place though, is it not?" Gazing around at the surroundings, he settled on commenting instead on the venue itself, having noticed how intrigued she seemed to be by it.

Looking back towards Ellie with a remorseful smile, "No matter, it does seem there's nothing we can do but continue onward." Indeed, there did not appear to be an exit. Wherever they were, however, Caelestis doubted he would be incapable of simply leaving the realm it existed in, and silently accepted that he would likely have to resort to that in the end. To ditch right after a wedding was not the most considerate act, but it wasn't as if she had chosen this matching either. Yes, he decided to go along with the events for now—let the odd fantasy continue on a short while longer—and simply avoid any actual commitments it might attempt to force onto him. No harm done, right? At least on his end.
