OP: Hi there! I really enjoyed reading your character's bio and I hope I was able to do her justice. This was a lot of fun to write out!
-----
It had been a weird set of events for Viana Medal. Earlier in the afternoon, she had seen it fit to go out for a nice stroll. The sun was shining, the breeze was crisp, and the world shined with pure autumn bliss. It all seemed quite noble, and as Viana glanced at the sky above her, she smiled, a successful day for the hopeful violinist.
And then, she heard the rustlings. Viana paused, her eyes tapering both sides before pressing on, only for the rustles to return. As leaves were swept aside and bushes swayed about, Viana kept her eyes peering for any strange activities. "Hm, curious." She thought to herself, as she kept walking. Surely it was all a trick played by the wind to throw her off. A comical ploy, a cheap laugh. Viana broke out a smirk as if to scold Mother Nature for her tricks.
Unfortunately for Viana, Mother Nature had not come armed with any surprises. In fact, she hadn't even prepared a cloud in the sky. Instead, the rustles from the bushes gave away to a mousey figure, shuffling away from her hiding spot as she tip-toed behind the proud student. J tried her best to match Viana's poise, standing upright with her chin up and hands upright, but in truth, it came off as a carbon copy, a mere imitation of the original, as J struggled to keep pace, something that was not helped by the unusual heat now felt on Viana's back.
Viana paused, her eyes darting towards her back, eyebrows penciled as she spotted J, white shirt, red hair, and several stitched-on leaves. She turned her head over, staring at the unusual woman, blinking several times to truly gauge the scene.
"May I help you?" Viana asked.
J merely stared, her expression vacant.
"I'm assuming not."
Viana sighed, turning on her heel.
"Well, I'd best be off. You have a nice day...whoever you are."
With that, Viana sauntered away, J watching on, a small frown entering her face. She had only known Viana for a few seconds, but in that time, J had found an emerald in the sea of diamonds, smart, elegant, graceful, all things J could have been in a different life. Yet, never was. Several questions popped into her head, "Who was she? Why did she seem so normal? Was there any past trauma? What was she hiding?" A toothy smile soon grew on J's face as she stepped back.
Viana lightly hummed to herself, marching in rhythm to the crackle of fallen leaves from her boots, taking in all the sights of the Autumn afternoon. The auburn leaves, the brisk winds, the nifty temperatures, and the sound of multiple patters from the ground.
Multiple patters from the ground?
Viana peered over her shoulder, her eyes widening upon finding the same mousey girl with a near-demented smile on her face, her arms extended to their fullest degree as she sprinted toward Viana's direction. Any other human being would have run for the hills by that point, but Viana was limited in terms of speed. With J's presence looming large, Viana spun around and ran toward her as fast as she could, jumping up in the air and kicking J right on the nose, sending her tumbling to the ground.
Several minutes later, J woke up among a pile of leaves, weary and confused. She pressed her hand up on her nose, light traces of blood seeping from her.
"Your nose was hit rather hard by the impact."
J blinked several times, her eyes motioning for a cold voice.
"It should heal in a couple of days. But that's not important now, is it?"
J soon caught a glance at the woman she tried to capture, staring back down at her with icy green eyes, arms crossed, and an unimpressed sneer.
"If you don't mind, I'd like to ask you a few questions," Viana said.
"I'd be doing the same if I were you," J replied back.
Viana stepped towards J, examining the damage she had done. "First, I'd like to know what your name is."
"J."
"That's all?"
"Yes, that's all."
Viana looked away from J, taking in a deep sigh before resuming.
"Where do you live?"
"I live in a small Sect out in the Red Zone." Viana mused, giving a small nod. Clearly, then, this woman had seen her fair share of oddities in her life.
"What was your intention in regards to meeting me?"
"To know you better."
Viana raised an eyebrow, causing J to raise her arms up in defense.
"I-I'm serious! You seem so regal and refined, I wanna know how you came to be that way!"
Viana's stare hardened further, all this for a simple question? Surely, this was nothing more than a waste of her time.
"Discipline, manners, and practice, all things you clearly seem to lack." Viana rubbed her hand under her chin. "Really, if you had wanted to know, you could have just asked instead of using me as a tackling dummy."
"How was I supposed to know you were gonna run my way?" J asked, defiant in her charges.
"You weren't. I found the one loophole in your plan and exploited it. Really, I don't know what you were expecting."
"Well, I still want answers!"
Viana closed her eyes, her head looking up toward the sky as she clenched her fists. Unbelievable. This random person was threatening to spoil Viana's afternoon with a barrage of silly questions. No doubt they would be life-changing to this clearly troubled specimen, but to her, they were nothing more than foolish thoughts conjured up by a confused child.
That was when she got an idea, one that would save her from further tedium.
"Actually, J, I have to take care of an errand. Would you be a good girl and wait right here until I return?"
"Uh, sure?" J scratched her head, nodding.
"Splendid," Viana smiled. "I'll see you in a few minutes."
With that, Viana took her leave, J remaining sprayed out on the pile of leaves. Once she was far enough away from the cult spawn, Viana let out a small chuckle. celebrating her triumph over J with an added pep in her step. Now, Viana could finally return to her afternoon walk, free from worry or strife. Sure, there was the possibility that she was a marked woman by whatever sect nursed that person, but for now, she was a free woman.
And as for J? She remained in that pile of leaves, still steadfast and sure that Viana would maintain her word, even as the stars came to light up the night sky and she could barely keep her eyes awake. J was convinced that soon, Viana would return and tell all her secrets. When that happened, J would have the pathway to further success and glory.
She never did return from that errand.

NP: Have fun with capturing Viana! All I ask is if it's not too gory (blood is fine).
