Yeli M. S. PicklePantry

I'd like to play yes :3c

Sade Esterofila

Sade walks in, looking for the empty table where her supposed "blind date would be".

She wasn't used to these human customs yet. Entering the first mating stage with someone a friend suggested to you? Haha, earth was weird!

Her blank, black eyes finally caught a rather handsome human. Much handsomer than she anticipated.

She approached his table and gave a nervous greeting.

"You're... Yeli, yes?", her raspy voice questioned.

The handsome human nodded his head. She could tell he wasn't a talker.

Ohh Irk, this date is going to be awkward. I am willing to bet he isn't even a Xenophile...

 Billy Sawyer FlyingHybrid

Billy has been single for  about... 2 years now? He left his last partner due to them moving away somewhere else, so he decided to try meeting somebody online than meeting in public, worth a shot? Billy made his way down to the restaurant, after searching for a bit for his blind date. He finally found her. He confronted her table and bends down to ask her, with a little shine in his eyes of hope. "Are you Sade?"

Of course, the alien responds with a sweet "Yes!" The hope finally fills Billy and he sits down with her, adjusting his collar.

"Man, I didn't expect to see a alien, or- is there another way of putting it? Anyways, I shouldn't be judging a book by it's cover though! I'll like to know more about you, and you seem really nice." To him, this seems like it's going to be quite the interesting date.

Omg Sade and Billy would work cause she loves eating and Billy is a cook LOL

Bumping

Ceres Dianxia

With a heavy sigh, Ceres trudged forward, appearing rather disgruntled. Abel, her rather bold informant, had put her up to this. Some "date" for the sake of gathering information, or something like that. Knowing Abel's mischievous nature, it was more than likely a prank. Still, he was the best at gathering information and this was his terms of repayment, so, she had, reluctantly, went along with it. After giving the room a once over, she spotted her date for the night sitting at a lone table made for two. She wasted no time making her way over to him--the faster the date, the faster it'd be over.

"You must be William Helvete, no?"

Ceres didn't bother waiting for an answer, and pulled out the empty chair at his table, sitting with one leg crossed over the other. Despite her reluctance to go on any sort of "blind date" she remembered her manners, and leaned forward into the table, her hands folded under her chin as she focused all of her attention onto the young fire prince.

"I've only heard very minimally about you. You..." She paused, a small, genuine, smile played on her lips. "You enjoy cooking...? Do you, perhaps, know how to cook some of the human 'fast food?'"

It wasn't often that she met up mortals like this--and despite her distaste in them, she enjoyed their food immensely--fast food especially so. Though, she would never confess this to anyone. Having one mortal know wouldn't be an issue--and she decided that this particular mortal was going to be her new favorite, until she had gotten bored, anyway. Though he wasn't exactly her type, she found that she didn't exactly dislike him, either. She continued the rest of the date with genuine interest, finding it wasn't as bad as she had thought it'd be.

Valentine PicklePantry

Valentine smiled dumbly to himself as he sat alone at the fancy dining table. He perked slightly when someone begrudgingly sat down across from him, instantly brimming with smiles. "Ah~! You are the one that was set up on the date with me, non? Ceres, oui? Ah~! Mi amor, you are so beautiful! But I am afraid we must end this date quickly." Despite the sudden rejection and the shooing motion he made with his hand, he still smiled brightly at her. "I love the romance but you cannot be romantic with me, mon cheri! Cupids are not meant to be in love we are meant to HELP those find love!" He paused and tilted his head. "Oh, your heart, mon cheri, she is so cold!" He paused and glanced upwards then clapped his hands suddenly. "We will use my date then, oui! I will find you someone right now that can fill your Hell with the lovely romance, non?" Without even waiting for a reply, he began looking around spastically for anyone that could have been alone or needing a new date.

 Ghoul Opossun

Ghoul didn't even knew how he got there. He just followed a group of people to a place that had a great smell; A very rustic yet adorable cafe, with the fresh smell of coffee and baked goods. His favorite smell was the cinnamon buns. However, he was more lost than he anticipated; The people putting him to talk with other people.

For the first time in a long time he was actually - luckly - using more of a decent outfit, so people didn't really noticed Ghoul being a little...Out of place. He was about to go to another table when he heard two people talking about the blind date event. Ghoul flintched and started thinking very quickly about how dumb he was. Everyone was being really nice, some people tried to give him their numbers(although Ghoul didn't had a phone, and couldn't even have it write down for him since he is very much blind.) and some people even were very touchy and affectionated towards him. At first he was thinking "woah,,,a friends convention!" but then he realized he was on a...blind date event.

His face got red as a strawberry. However, he was in the middle of changing tables, so now he would have to face someone while being really self aware this was a dating event. Oh well. He was doing great till now, what could go wrong, right? He sat down in front of Atsuko, and the awkward minute of silence looked like it lasted hours. However, it was time enough to Ghoul to "try to discover" a bit about her; more precisely, her smell. She had a lovely flowery smell that only now Ghoul had noticed it. It's true, the place was overwhelming because of all the people in there and the bakery smells as well, but he did paid attention to her.

To break the silence, he finally said something.

"...Uh...I'm probably not someone you have been expecting here--- I must be looking quite out of place. Nevertheless it is a pleasure meeting you. You smell like flowers and I really like them. I overall love nature."

Ghoul was fiddling with his fingers now.

"My name is--- Ghoul, by the way. It's nice to meet you."

Terry Lovejoy PicklePantry

Terry exhaled slowly through his nose as he trudged into the restaurant. How many times did he have to explain to the other teachers that he wasn't interested in romance? He didn't feel that need to fill the gap but they just gave him blank looks whenever he tried to explain. Even then, he had Rowen. Did they completely forget about him? The guy that came by every day?? The one he explained he was in a relationship with???
The teacher scratched the back of his head. He might as well try to clear things up with whoever he was set up with, probably buy the dinner as an apology for the misunderstanding. At least they didn't give him special cologne. Again.
Terry walked in, pausing as he saw a man seated alone at the table. His eyes were closed. Did he fall asleep waiting? As the teacher approached, the man turned in his direction quick enough to make him jump. The man beamed and introduced himself, his excitement and kindness giving Terry the impression more of a puppy than a person. But to be honest, he was a little nervous. Not because this was a date but... Was that guy even okay?? He had cuts everywhere! Especially his neck!! What had happened? Should he bring it up?
In the end, Terry decided not to. He wasn't even sure how. All he did know was that the guy's name was Ghoul and the guy loved meat. He downed the restaurant's biggest steak in little to no time! Terry ran his fingers through his hair. Although Ghoul was friendly he couldn't help but wonder how his coworkers knew him...

Sedma Ouzo Thanaturgist

A teacher. Sedma had allowed one of his associates to set him up on a date, and it was with a teacher?! The assassin's brow raised at the sight of Terry.  Surely there was some mistake, he didn't even look like he had dressed for the date, his clothes looked like they were in desperate need of an ironing, and the man himself looked ill. Trying not to look too disgusted, the assassin sat across from him, and did his best to attempt to make friendly conversation. This quickly fell flat, and the pair sat in what felt like awkward silence as the assassin gazed at his menu.  Terry wasn't his type at all. His gloominess almost felt contagious. (Or perhaps it was the cold the man looked to have.) Still, it was rude to leave early, so he would sit it out.
As the waiter took their order, Sedma ordered a light salad, something he could eat quickly, and use to avoid conversation. He more or less was expecting Terry to order something heavier, perhaps even a steak, but certainly was not expecting the other man to go straight to desserts. Not knowing anything about the teacher, the assassin took this as a sign that the other man felt the same way about this disaster of a date as he is, and he remained silent for the rest of the date, paying for the meal in full, leaving a generous tip, and hoping he'd never have a date so awkward again.

Charlotte Waltz PicklePantry

Charlotte sat at the table as she carefully watched Sedma, having decided to accompany him on a date so she could get closer to her target. Said target was only a few tables away, but she felt even more tense than usual. First and foremost, her usual suit was replaced by a dress that hugged her body and was adorned with glittering laces, her hair put into a complicated bun. It took her forever to learn how make-up worked, but she felt foolish for applying blush to her face as she was already blushing from how silly she looked. She would have much rather preferred her suit but that was nothing to wear on a date here.
When she saw Sedma Charlotte put on a bashful smile to play the part of nervous date. His presence, however, made her hesitated for a brief moment. He had a glint in his eyes, a cunning one; it was as though he had already mapped the place out and secured several exit routes. What's more, he had bloodlust - restrained bloodlust. She merely found this man at random but was it possible he planned for her to meet him? Was it possible that he was a bodyguard? Something more?
Whatever the case, Charlotte shyly greeted her date as he arrived. Romance was not her strong suit but she would absolutely not allow this mission to fail.
