i don't really know how to do a TL;DR of my current problem, but I've decided to put it under a spoiler because it does not entirely involve anyone in Toyhouse, but i'm just seeking for advice,,
First and foremost, I want to thank anyone who reads this. This is the first time I've been in this nature of situation, and I want to deal with it as swiftly and as fairly as I can.

User genericnamenyx on deviantArt and nyx on Adopts Amino has been caught selling and trading 2 designs she did not own and create. One design was a flat sale adopt, and another was an auctioned adopt.
Another user on the Amino community contacted me to ask if nyx owns the adopt and proof they have bought it or have traded for it. That is a negatory.
I contacted the person I initially sold it to, which is user ˗ˏˋ ◁Chisana Tsuki▷ ˎˊ˗ on HQ Adopts Amino and Chisana-Tsuki on dA.
The post advertising the auction was disabled by a curator; the owner herself messaged one.
The second adopt in question was one I auctioned. Nyx's version of the design is a different gender, and attempted to pass it off as an OTA. I've made the deviantArt post earlier than Nyx's post on the amino.
I also contacted the person who bought the auctioned adopt from me, Peridotite on TH, and he also confirmed that the design was not traded or sold off-site. I'm still on neutral ground if gender change of an adopt is major or minor, but I found it sketchy that it was changed in this instance.
After this, I DM'd a curator in the Adopts Amino community, and Nyx's profile was hidden. I assumed the situation has blown over.
However, I decided to talk to Nyx myself and she has told me that she bought the design from backsofoaks on deviantArt for 1,000 points. Nyx was supposedly given the watermarked version of the image from backsofoaks, further proof that the design was stolen.
Nyx claims that the post backsofoaks made was deleted. Backsofoaks, however, has no posts on their dA and does not have an amino account AFAIK.
I'm currently trying to ask Nyx to provide a screenshot that they've given backsofoaks 1,000 points. I didn't think that she'd have a 4-month old throwaway account to pin the blame on, but I find it suspicious that she has only given me the left side of the transaction history page, not showing that the 1k points were given to backsofoaks. I would think it is hard to show it on a phone, but the horizontal orientation would have worked. (I blanked out possible usernames in the screenshot.)
After searching, I find that both accounts actually have the same birthday and relatively new. I think backsofoaks and genericnamenyx are the same person.
