This PSA and it's testimonials have been moved to a bulletin.

Please feel free to leave comments there.

Thank you.

I'm in agreement with wanderways and co. The allegation that this person has traced seems a little far fetched, considering the evidence produced.

My condolences in regards to what has happened so far, but I would suggest developing a stronger case and getting more evidence before including tracing as part of your PSA.

Cerviidae isn't online, but when he is, we'll be talking to him about changing or removing the tracing accusations from the PSA, at least for now. There is speculation of them taking bases and using without credit also, which we'll hopefully look deeper into as well.

SquidsInTheAttic

I would look into the base for sure.  I find it perplexing accusing them of tracing official images when there is a 0% line match up on any of the allegedly traced images.

to be fair, the tracing part isn't needed. Multiple people use the Lion King style, so I wouldn't even worry about it. It's too common.

As for the actual PSA - lord, my heart goes out to everyone affected. I was getting so annoyed by the constant spams of the WTA in the Freebie Bin. I almost tried to ask Nonacrone if they could get rid of the double spaces - it bothered me. I tried checking out Nona's characters, but I was terrified that I wouldn't get one, that and the characters didn't interest me. When I checked the Freebie Bin - 100 notifications is normal - but when I figured out what it was, I read every bit in detail and honestly, I felt so bad.

Nona pulled a really low move with this. I wish I could help everyone with the characters they didn't receive - but I hope this PSA brings awareness to a lot of people. I'm upset and so are others.

Also, the NSFW part can be iffy tbh. If Nona commissioned it, then yes, it's a problem. I don't see the issue with them drawing it themselves in private. But since they request/commission it - then why? (This part is mainly my opinion as a minor myself. I don't see the issue with drawing it in private, as it can be good for learning anatomy, but commissioning it from an adult is something I would never do. I wouldn't even commission it from my friends.)

In a nutshell: What Nona did was wrong and absolutely inappropriate. Maybe there's a reason I never wanted to enter their WTA event.

Huh, I was surprised while reading this. I was involved with the controversy a few days ago, and I never participated in WTA's, but thanks for the heads up.

How many people were scammed by them when they commissioned them? I just want to know, since I feel bad for the ones that did get scammed.

The section concerning art theft has been removed. Apologies.

Please understand that it was a group decision to add it to the PSA text and not just me as a single person making accusations and pointing fingers for fun.

Thank you.

Understandable. I checked the photos, and some looked familiar, but I don't think she traced.
