Henry/Julia? One of the two.
Julia: Wearing either something like this or the left outfit from here. Hands are retro-magitek prosthetics (like this but brand new, movable and without the hook). Red ribbon around the neck.
Henry: Wearing the trenchcoat from these two images, with a red tie though. The thing said above regarding magitek prosthetics holds for Henry as well. (if you wish then you can also draw them without the binder i.e. the character isn't trying to actively "pass" but is just wearing the clothes because they've grown to like the aesthetic)
Or another option: Wearing this armor, either with or without the beard. No prosthetic arms.
Either way: Looks very androgynous. Flirty, protective, self-confident. A bit of a liar - they can also appear as a leader-type person if needed, but tend to do so in an exaggerated manner as if playing a role in a play. Out of the two "personas" Julia is the one more likely to appear cheerful and smiling, Henry is the one more likely to appear tired of life, like he's seen some shit and doesn't expect it to end any time soon.
Xiaofan, in any of the outfits provided though the blue one is her default. She’s loud, immature, often appearing rude to those who don’t know her and employs a variety of platonic gestures of affection, such as nudging, ruffling or teasing, which people have found off-putting. Laughs loudly, smiles a lot. Very active - her fingers never stay still. She twiddles with her coin necklace, stretches, bends, plays with her fingers. Always moves. When she's dancing she's serious and serene however.
Matlal. Inquisitive. Very proud but not arrogant. Eager to be appreciated for his work. Looks solemn and serious on first view, but will quaff booze and joke around once you get to know him better. Well-educated and curious of the world around him. Domineering.
