Welp here comes my canon/canon OTP ship ahAHHAH And Ike's family is pretty much my team of VL!Ike, PA!Azura, PA!Shigure, and Shigure, with PA!Shigure being the semi-gloomy and serious twin and Shigure being the happier and more accepting twin.
We (Except for Ike) Like Ike!
"Okay... I'm supposed to train up Innes and all buuuut..." Erandia tried to stop herself from smiling at Brave-Ike's curiosity towards the mother and son dancer units. Miles within the confines of the Voting Gauntlet stadium, she swears Legendary Ike is glaring at the scene right now (or at her as she's the perpetrator of this scenario)
"Innes you'll be at round two. Ike, you go with Azura and Shigure..." Coughing, she almost laughed at the resigned looks Azura and Shigure gave her (no doubt they knew what she was doing behind Legendary Ike's back)
"And finally... Tiki, you stand there and look pretty."
"Really, milady?"
"It's not my fault you're my only unit who can stand around, take hits, AND give extra SP." Near the end, the grumpy summoner mumbles 'bloody Axe Valor man'.
"Is it truly alright for me to...?"
"Of course, Ike! Innes aside, you were the only other unit I was truly looking forward to train!" She claps her hands gleefully before waving them off. Just as they were about to head out, a white pegasus flew overhead before landing gracefully. Azura and Shigure seemed to have brighten up at the newcomer. The axe-wielding Ike's interest seemed to have been piqued, as he tries his best not to seem overly nosy.
"Mother! Brother! I'm back!" Another Shigure all donned in white armor exclaimed happily as he hugs the duo. Erandia halted, realizing that with the other Shigure's return, Legendary Ike wouldn't be behind.
"S-Shigure! Where's Ike?"
"Oh! Father's stayed for a bit but he'll be back--!" Gold eyes widen at the sight of a familiar blue-haired unit.
"Father! You are here as well!" Without a fuss, Shigure ran up to the axe-wielder and hugged him. Ike was torn between confusion and panic, not knowing what to do at his sudden status of fatherhood. Erandia tried her best to urge them along to PLEASE LEAVE BEFORE HE--
"It seems we have a new unit then?"
Erandia could only mentally groan, resigning herself to train Brave Ike another day, as she was sure that the father of that family would not allow his younger alternate self even five feet from his wife and kids. With a sigh, she ignores the slowly growing tension behind her between Ike's family and his other self, simply turning to Tiki to quickly get a Soren unit or even a Titania one.
Hopefully, they'll be enough of a distraction for Ike to not start challenging himself to fights.
