2024 Cred Events

It was incredibly exciting to finally return to the Florabell Faire. When the gates opened, the Lelokos were bustling with happiness, experiencing the seasonal festival dedicated entirely to them. Cheesecake had spent the previous weeks preparing food in the kitchens, along with others crafting delicious fares with magical properties to make them last longer - no one would enjoy moldy or spoiled food! To her amazement, and with a slight disbelief in its abilities, when she arrived to inspect the tables, all the food was still piping hot, just like when they made it. A fascinating spell she would have to acquire to extend the longevity of her own tasty bakery treats.

"This is all delicious!" she gushed, scanning the area for a seat to join them. Many others were congregated around, chatting, gorging, and even sleeping in some instances, only to wake up and munch again. The atmosphere was lively and filled with joy, the air tinged with the delightful aroma of various foods being brought in and consumed, creating an inviting and festive ambiance. She couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and anticipation as she looked for a spot to settle in and enjoy the festivities with her friends.

"Well, it is!" a voice responded to her, offered by a happy, familiar face—her beloved neighbor Noelle, or as they called them, 'Fruitcake'! "Pop a seat next to me, Cheesecake! I'm glad to see you enjoying the festival this season." Tired voices lingered from the wintry Lelokos as they scooted over to make room for their friend. After doing so, they were promptly stolen away by the placement of some tasty Cinnaswirm Buns.

"Don't mind if I do!" Cheesecake exclaimed, floating over to gently sit on the bench with them all. Before her was a feast unlike any she had ever seen, and at first, she felt a little intimidated to just indulge. Getting a little nudge from a different Cred sitting next to her, she took it as encouragement to start eating, and so she did. Cute little bean paws reached over to snag a few jelly puffs, finding them to be an odd favorite of hers. The natural sweetness of the puff was pleasant on her tongue and paired well with the sudden flask of Carahoria Juice that was set in front of her by a passing tender.

"Delicious!" Cheesecake blushed a soft pink, and when she was done enjoying the little purple morsels, she moved on to getting some more solid foods to sustain her. Dessert was always first, but followed by a proper healthy option, this time of some vegetable wraps. Grabbing a few strong leaves, she quickly scooped up some soft mash, drizzled some vegetable gravy, and placed in a few chunks of more fitting vegetables to add a crunch. Throughout all of this, Cheesecake spent the majority of the day trying new foods and engaging in conversations with those around her, getting to know a few of the Lelokos and where they took their long hibernation naps. As fun as it was, she felt confident that tomorrow she would return to enjoy a bit more food and possibly check out some of the other events going on in the area that others were talking about.
