Just for fun, list of social media my characters would have if they lived on our world, based on some forum thread I was answering :3
Edgar - deviantart for his art, probably also like instagram and/or twitter or what have you. Goes around commenting pretentious stuff on other people's art, giving out of place critiques no one asked for :'D
Jade - Makeup tutorials on youtube, unboxing of every kawaii box ever, has instagram, twitter and stuff like that, gives out nice comments, does monthly giveaways of makeup and kawaii, is nice to everyone until it's time to take side in drama which she absolutely gets involved in and probably often switches sides to her advantage
Jure - Probably has a few run off the mill facebook/or other account to keep up with his friends, runs an obscure tumblr blog on alien sightings/conspiracies and follows fandoms that post gay ships of straight characters, is involved with discord channels/subreddits on the topic
Nina - Gaming streams on twitch, probably keeps up with few related accounts, maybe youtube/twitter/discord, looks down on girls who show off cleavage to gain subs because they give bad name to "real" gamer girls. Will absolutely sell out tho, regularly advertises raid shadow legends or her social media.
Peter - Runs a srs bzns twitter to post updates on his movies and such, also has a youtube with videos of people he secretly films, totally deleted his tinder when he met Edgar has listed on every social media profile that he's gay, don't follow him if you're straight
Scarlett - Instagram for selfies/pics of her fabulous life and posting lengthy stories, twitter to post updates on what she does, has a youtube vlog, facebook for posts about her fabulous life, I'm still not sure what people do on tiktok but it's another place for scarlett to post her face so you know she has it. Has fans running fan pages for her.
Alien Guy - Runs a whole operation on youtube/twitter/discord/reddit about different conspiracy theories, has a patreon for people who wanna follow and support his search for aliens, gets in disputes with commentary channels who try to debunk his points, posts weird comments about lizard people on literally everything. Someone got elected as a president? he's a lizard. Beyonce has a new song? she's illuminati. Recipe for a cake? sugar is really a brain washing chemical your government is feeding you, why did you think that stuff's in everything?
Blind Passenger - has a main travel vlog on youtube and follows up with it on other social media
Fashion Police - Fashion oriented instagram, post style & fashion tips, new trends, commentary on people's outfits etc... probably runs something like a bad style shaming subreddit or something along those lines
Inconvenience Store Guy - Maybe not ~social media~ but you know he does some shady dealings on craigslist
Paloma Negra - Fashion/makeup youtube/instagram you know the drill, is no stranger to tinder, runs a Scarlett fan blog on tumblr
Plaid Sweater Guy & Tammy are bringing you latest news on every social media they can think of
Prostitute - Has tinder, swipes left on everyone
Benjamin - Shady craigslist dealings
Carrie - Promotes her art on instagram, facebook, tumblr
Jane - Posts fashion related stuff on mainly on instagram, business updates on twitter, collaborates with and promotes young aspiring fashion designers and models. She's very influential and involved with fashion industry and everything fashion related, often promotes vegan cruelty free products on her social media
John & Richard - Serious businessmen, promote their businesses on facebook, twitter, use linkedin, do sponsorships for youtubers, instagrammers etc..
